This is a typical IHOP. Unfortunately the service was less than typical, much less. The person who took our order was not very good. She needed us to repeat our order at least 3 to 4 times on a basic breakfast for two people. About 10 minutes later she came back and asked us if we had scrambled eggs. She looked at her iPad while we said he had eggs over medium and I didn't have any eggs. She agreed and walked away. When the food came he had scrambled eggs which he had not ordered. When we got our bill the food all though similar, it was not correct. The bill was $37 and some change. We decided to go ahead and pay it as it was very similar in price. When she brought the ticket to sign it was $38 and some change. There were no differences that we could see or additions that were made so we're really not sure why that happened. We could tell by the person that waited on us, it would really do no good to say anything. We paid and left. We also had opportunity to go back once our friends arrived from out of town and we said no. We won't be going back to that IHOP.

I just came from the IHOP in kahului with a bad humiliating experience with the way they made my food and to them it was a joke. I have ordered scrambled eggs with diced bacon,onion,tomato and mushroom. It was cooked good but have you ever had it served to you with the rice on the eggs instead of eggs on the rice. Obviously the one who made it needs to be fired. How would we be able to get the one responsible fired for doing that to a customer. Please let me know.

Incredibly forgetful staff had us waiting for an hour for our take out food.Go to Tasty Crust, Zippies, literally anywhere else will atleast REMEMBER you're waiting and not just ignore you and let your food go cold. Talking about you Gary. "Give me 5 minutes I'll have it reprepared" yeah right we waited and additional half hour for food yall make everyday, Then also puts our 2 large drinks into 4 small cups?! Bro what? Why are you like this. Waste of time life and money.

IHop, couldn't find my take out order, I had to wait over an hour to get it, they also ran out of a drink I ordered but they were literally serving it to people in the restaurant, & to top it all off the staff was very unhelpful. Take your money somewhere else!
