Today I was asked to show proof of my service animal, Here is the DOJ card stating my right to my service animal and her rights, I was wondering if Hawaii is a State?, and does it require to show proof...I just checked and according to Hawaii Laws you cannot ask for any paperwork or proof. I am a disabled veteran and will not be going to any Jack in the Box. Staff needs to be trained on the knowledge of Service Animals and Hawaii Law that protects them, I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint maybe even speak with an attorney to see what options I have

The quality has gone down do much at the kahului location. Go to the Wailuku one of you can. $53.27 I got stale fries, stale loaded tacos and flat soda. No carbonation. My jumbo jack was loaded with way to much mayo & ketchup. My arteries are officially clogged. Their oreo cookie shake & Fanta fruit punch are the only things I can count on tasting good on their menu. There was NO one in line at the drive thru but us. Not sure how we got the stalest food.

The dining room was walled in half for remodeling. The service seemed to be just there. My burger was over cooked to the point of crunchy.
More like Jack in the Mid! Ya know... Due to the whole being average thing. Burger King quality at a 50% markup.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I waited inside for five minutes to pick-up an order while multiple staff members walked past me and just stared. Nobody acknowledged my existence and continued on working. Why is no one at the register in a restaurant? Why did no one simply say "be with you in a moment?" This is absolutely ridiculous service and this place should be shutdown. After reading other commenters, it's obvious this place is a catastrophe.

As always the food was great.You can get anything from lumpia to tacos anytime. And curly fries you just can't get on the westside.
My friend went through the drive through she was paying with my card when she asked for my card the girl proceeded to cuss her out saying she gave it back. She asked for a manager who would not listen to her she listened to her foul employee. She said she gave it back well we say she did not. I am here working and I can't get a replacement card I am 5k miles away from home thanks jack in the box i will never come back to this location. The manager and employee were horrible. I have a police report too and how convenient the camera is not working when the cop wanted to see it.

Jack in the Box is still one of my favorite places to eat. Even though I am trying to lose a bit of weight in recent days, Jack In the Box still serves unsweetened ice tea and other treats. And that's awesome!I often come to this particular Jack in the Box location here in Kahului, Maui. It's very close to the airport so it's a nice place to pick up something coming into or leaving Maui. With that said, most of my trips here to this Jack in the Box involves the mobile app, where I would literally order it on the Jack app while waiting for my ride from the airport and then come here to pick it up. It is quite ideal, but you'd have to wait about 10 minutes after putting it in for it to be ready. We usually do the drive thru option, so once we pulled into the drive thru, we simply say "mobile order pick up" and that was it. It was astonishing how amazing that is. The service here was good and fast, especially with the drive thru. As long as you don't order anything in error, you should be getting your order fast and correct. For the most part though, the experience here at this particular Jack in the Box was good and fresh. I normally fly into Maui in the morning, so you don't get a crazy long line. It was like this on my most recent visit and back in January 2023. The entire experience took about 1 minute on the app, 10 minutes of waiting, and 3 minutes of going thru the drive thru to pick up the order. It was quite nice to be able to use technology this way to enhance the fast food experience!The overall experience here at this Jack in the Box location in Kahului Maui was quite good and fast. I liked how they have 3 locations in the Kahului and Wailuku area of Maui, but only this one on E Kamehameha Ave is basically the nearest to the Kahului airport. The staff here is friendly and fast. Maybe I came here early enough to where it was more pleasant and it wasn't raining that morning anyway. It was my birthday weekend, so I was happier than normal. I can tolerate the heat, I just like the extra ice for other things. lol. The prices here are a little higher than normal fast food restaurants, I agree, but Jack in the Box is in a league of their own. Plus, I love how they brew their ice tea here, versus McDonalds. If you are ever in the area and love Jack in the Box, consider stopping by whether you're arriving or leaving Maui for a quick meal solution.This Jack in the Box restaurant is located at 150 E Kamehameha Avenue in Kahului, Maui. It's basically across the street from the Maui Mall. Queen Kaahumanu Center is nearby. They accept major credit cards, as well as cash. You can place mobile orders on the Jack in the Box app, which requires a credit card anyway. As far as parking goes, they have a limited, but generous amount of parking here in a private parking lot. If you are like me, The Maui Bus comes thru the area I think. Either the Kahului Loop or reverse loop bus, I think. Or probably the one that services the Kahului airport. Either way works, although you may need to walk a little bit after being dropped off at the nearest stop closest to the restaurant. While I haven't been inside the restaurant for a dine in experience, I aim to hopefully on my next trip to Maui one of these days, but obviously, the mobile app is so ordeal and convenient!
