I walked in today around 1pm and made a simple order of 2 personal pan supreme pizzas. We waited 15-min and we dined inside. I was in complete disbelief the way my personal pan supreme pizza looked!Just look at the pic. The middle was hollow! Where's the cheese and veggies?!Yet, I took a bite and it was too hard! I took it back which I don't like doing but I needed someone to look how bad the pizza was. I asked for the Manager and I spoke to Dillon. I told him the problem and he could clearly see the pizza looked disgusting! Instead of admitting and apologizing on their behalf, he tried to flip it and justify this and that! I was not having it! A few times, I stopped him from talking because he was trying to justify the error.He can't!! It was made poorly! PEROID!A concerned Manager would say "I'm sorry, yes, it looks bad!" Not Dillon! It was like talking to a wall! WAKE UP! Seriously, why is he a Manager?!He can't even handle a personal pan pizza complaint for crying out loud! He needs serious professional management experience! No wonder why there's so many bad reviews! Pizza Hut needs to clean house when it comes to Dillon! I will take my business elsewhere!

I ordered, a pan, pizza p zone, fries and a Pepsi, ordered online I checked the tracker order received, tracker never move til after delivery ,Pan pizza under cooked, and no sauce which I ordered marinara, p zone was a disgrace, I opened it up there was I piece of pepperoni, and barely other meat, the fries were cold and soggy, the only thing that was correct was the pepsi it was cold, $40 down the tube shame on you. Thanks for nothing , sadly I wasn't able to give zero stars!!

Located in a small hidden place and pricey. Staff can use better customer service skills. Everything is expensive on this island.

i don't order from this location because I don't live in Kahului. However, the call center on oahu was busy and I got transferred to the mainland call center. I had a simple order which was the big dinner box. one cheese pizza and one italian sausage pizza with chicken Alfredo pasta and bread sticks. I'm not sure if they were busy or what, but my cheese pizza didn't have any marinara sauce (which is weird and made it really dry). And the bread sticks had no dipping sauce (another marinara sauce that comes with it). dont Know how that came about.

Was about to order a pizza. I noticed $5.99 "delivery fee". I guess the "Portagee Mafia" has their hooks in these people too.Papa John's backed out of establishing a store here because of the taxes and corruption. Bast pizza deal on Maui; Frozen from the store.

UPDATE: After I posted this review, the response from the owner was to click on their "contact us" link. That took me to their generic feedback form. They don't want to hear from me (or you). They don't want to improve the product or stop their racist and classist avoidance of Harbor Lights condos. I already contacted them via this form--twice. No response. So I tried it again today, at their urging. It will be useless, but why not do their bidding?Original review:Pizza is worse every time I try it. Let's face it, if you're headed to Pizza Hut you're already pretty desperate. So the bar is already low. But this Pizza Hut is the worst. Pizza tastes like cardboard + salt. Sauce is almost non- existent. Toppings are sparse and flavorless. Never again. Service is awful, too. They won't deliver to Harbor Lights, not even to the (manned) Security Gate while it's light out. So I went to pick it up. I didn't know where to go, so I called them. Their # goes to Honolulu. It took me 15 minutes to figure out where to go. When I finally got transferred to the actual store, they just said, "park where the delivery drivers park." Ok, fine, except I don't work for Pizza Hut so I don't know where delivery drivers park. That pizza was ok, but cold. It was the second pizza that made me swear of PH entirely.Ug.

This Pizza Hut was super close to Maui airport. We were dam hungry and ordered chicken Hawaiian pizza with chicken wings. Pizza was fresh and was ready in 12 min which was very impressive. Wings :- I have had Pizza Hut wings so many times before but this one was the best. They were juicy and the sauces were amazing.The restaurant is closed for indoor dining right now but there are many benches outside - so you can do take out and sit outside if you are in the area. Def worth a try if you want to avoid wait times of all the other restaurants in Maui and want something quick to eat..!!

I will have to say WOW!! This was a great Pizza Hut! I am always impressed by their quality in food, quickness and always ready when I arrive and well made! The Pizza Hut is VERY CLEAN, all staff wears mask during Covid-19, nothing sketchy looking of unclean practices and I appreciate that! Do stop by and enjoy a pizza today!
