The worst customer service ever. 1:40 12/10. Super rude and obnoxious. This will be on Facebook. I know a lot of people. Born and raised here. Whoever that was working, is about to affect your business.

These people were nice, but the pizza was horrible. Zero flavor. Not a good crust. Both pizzas and the breadsticks were just flavor less. Never again.

Too bad the cook named Chris isn't there anymore. He was great but the big guy is so-so. Hamburgers are marginal, pizza slices rarely fresh, crust pretty bad. Get a new cook!

Better than Pizza Hut. That isn't much of a compliment, I know. The pizza was okay (just okay) but the crust was awful. Bready and under-cooked, no flavor. Reviewer Jean K., contact me and I'll take you to some good pizza places. You've clear been missing out.

We love the pizza!! Always so delish. Service is really good and the atmosphere when you go to pick the pizza up, is super fun. Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had.

Mediocre with a $30 price for a medium widow-maker. Sorry to say this doesn't make it in my book. Sticking with Flatbread in Paia.

Refused to replace my order when they messed it up said they can discount my next pizza so I threw it all over the restaurant enjoy the cleanup ?

Never had such a horrible spaghetti with meat sauce.... Called in the order and even though I made it clear I wanted light sauce the "meat" sauce which was uncooked sausage not ground beef was dumped on a handful of spaghetti. I also asked for no extra salt on anything so the bread that came with it had cheese ,, and parmesan = girl didn't give utensils either.. Really bad experience and I was so yearning for a decent spaghetti with meat sauce. REAL MEAT too.. couldn't do .. - 1... Wanted a refund but they didn't pick up .....so I had to write this to warn others not to order......an almost 20.00 for the garbage.

Tried to call in my order and received a message to try again as they do not have voicemail set up. I have ordered pizza from this store at least 3 yrs and so i drove down to place my order. The staff was unwelcoming with no greeting, and no offer of various options or suggestions for pizza. Since I know the menu over the years and the owner was a previous neighbor of mine, I asked for the options and reluctantly were given them. I asked if they were new owners, as the service was not good and not unlike any other I've had in the past, and was told my a tall and large man with a backwards baseball cap on, he was the owner (i doubt this as I know the owner, unless it was recently sold?) So long story short, service is appalling and lacking, but the pizza thank goodness is still outstanding. I ordered a Greek and Meat lover's. My friends LOVED them both. However, this is typical service for Maui, hit or miss :-0

Are you kidding me brah. Best Pizza on the Island. They are very busy because they are the best. If they put you on hold hang up and call back… The pizza is shoots!

We had a large pizza and wings and everything was super delish! Pizza was nice and crispy and the wings had just the right amount of sauce and very tasty!

I don't see the point of having 2 cashiers working and no cooks. Went in and was very hunger. Both cashiers seemed annoyed. They told me all they had was pizza by the slice because everyone was on break. They had 3 slices of combo and nothing else on the menu was available. I ordered 2 slices and they ate the last one themselves. I hope the owners know what's going on.

I just had the BEST ham and swiss sandwich EVER!!!. My coworker has the turkey club that was equally good. We had it delivered by Hopper (the driver was also great). I wish I had taken a picture. They were beautiful to behold as well. The BREAD - Oh man - the BREAD!!!!!
