Possibly the best Panda Express on all of Maui, and I’ve been to them all. They must have a Michelin star chef in the back bc woooof my orange chic was phenomenal. The service made me feel like a prince. The woman who helped me was friendly, helpful, and an active listener. Make this a destination on your Maui trip. 10000 gold stars

the service here sucks! stood at the counter for 10 min before being served! worker came from the back filled up the covers for the drinks walked back to the back all while the other person was filling someone's door dash order!! never again will I support pandas express

The soda was flat. They advertised Beijing beef but displayed some chicken dish. Chicken king pao was rubbery. Chao mein was dry. The only thing flatter than my soda was the service.

Asked for a refund because they charged us twice. There was no receipt for the first charge. We showed proof that it was charging our other card but the manager was still hesitant to give us our money and proceeded to say that if we were lying it was on us even though we were showing proof of the transaction through both accounts. Refuse to comeback here.

1. The menu say 1entry and 1-side. I order tat menu with half rice and half noddles and orang chicken . I asked for the side and the lady told me that the the side is already the rice and the noddles. That’s is a scam. The should change the menu to rice or noodles and 1-entry.1. I order 2 food and asked for another bag because those 2 snd will be drop off to mu 2- kids on separate location. The lady charged me 20 cents for the paper bag. I told the lady it doesn’t make since charging me the bag on the 2nd entry because I can pay them separately. Common sense: I ordered 2 and should be acceptable to put them in separate bag. Isn’t.I don’t know if it’s the server or management but that is ridiculous.

This disgusting establishment uses paper straws. My meal was ruined! I’ll never eat at this “restaurant” ever again! Avoid at all costs.

I forgot, using the app, picking up means going inside. I tried to call to see if I could go through the drive-through and have my order handed to me. In the few minutes of took to get to the restaurant, I saw the cars wrapped around the building. I pulled up to the side door and saw the line was making its way to the front entrance. Apparently, pick up is a priority, and appears the best way to go.
