I walked in today around 1pm and made a simple order of 2 personal pan supreme pizzas. We waited 15-min and we dined inside. I was in complete disbelief the way my personal pan supreme pizza looked! Just look at the pic. The middle was hollow! Where's the cheese and veggies?! Yet, I took a bite and it was too hard! I took it back which I don't like doing but I needed someone to look how bad the pizza was. I asked for the Manager and I spoke to Dillon. I told him the problem and he could clearly see the pizza looked disgusting! Instead of admitting and apologizing on their behalf, he tried to flip it and justify this and that! I was not having it! A few times, I stopped him from talking because he was trying to justify the error. He can't!! It was made poorly! PEROID! A concerned Manager would say "I'm sorry, yes, it looks bad!" Not Dillon! It was like talking to a wall! WAKE UP! Seriously, why is he a Manager?! He can't even handle a personal pan pizza complaint for crying out loud! He needs serious professional management experience! No wonder why there's so many bad reviews! Pizza Hut needs to clean house when it comes to Dillon! I will take my business elsewhere!

Pizza Hut is a good go to when in a rush. Although if you order online be prepared to wait up to 2-3 hours to get your order. And to get your order cold. Today I decided I'd pick up my order so it'll still be hot by the time I get home. I also ordered the 8 piece chicken wings. When I opened at home I was in disbelief that the pieces were so tiny. I wonder if it was because I only tipped $2 because I was picking up my own pizza, I shouldn't have even tipped!! Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered pan pizza, p zone, Pepsi and fries, when ordered , first the tracker stated ordered received, tracker never moveddriver call and stated he was on the way, I brought the order in, pizza was barely warm and didn’t have any sauce, French fries cold and soggy, I ordered the meaty P zone, there was barely anything inside, I opened it up and there was 1 piece of pepperoni, the other meats were scarce, totally disappointed, one positive the Pepsi was cold,

I ordered, a pan, pizza p zone, fries and a Pepsi, ordered online I checked the tracker order received, tracker never move til after delivery , Pan pizza under cooked, and no sauce which I ordered marinara, p zone was a disgrace, I opened it up there was I piece of pepperoni, and barely other meat, the fries were cold and soggy, the only thing that was correct was the pepsi it was cold, $40 down the tube shame on you. Thanks for nothing , sadly I wasn't able to give zero stars!!

i don't order from this location because I don't live in Kahului. However, the call center on oahu was busy and I got transferred to the mainland call center. I had a simple order which was the big dinner box. one cheese pizza and one italian sausage pizza with chicken Alfredo pasta and bread sticks. I'm not sure if they were busy or what, but my cheese pizza didn't have any marinara sauce (which is weird and made it really dry). And the bread sticks had no dipping sauce (another marinara sauce that comes with it). dont Know how that came about.

Was about to order a pizza. I noticed $5.99 "delivery fee". I guess the "Portagee Mafia" has their hooks in these people too. Papa John's backed out of establishing a store here because of the taxes and corruption. Bast pizza deal on Maui; Frozen from the store.

The pizza was cooked just right, and tasted great. Service was timely and friendly. I have no complaints. Wi;; definitely be frequenting the local Pizza Hut in the future.

Ordered naked wings, they came with sauce on them, all soggy. Ordered 2 pizzas, no sauce at all on them even though I ordered marinara.Really?? What's the deal people? We getting refunds? Aloha
