My family and I went to this Sonic and flies swarmed us at the outdoor tables. There were no parking stalls left for us. I highly recommend the milkshakes but they were too thick for the straws. At least they were plastic straws. The food was mediocre at best. The service was fast and the person that brought our food was very friendly. Overall 6/10.

The food was great I went to Maui for the day went here for lunch they were vary kind and patient also recommended some things when me and my fiance had a hard time choosing Sence it was are first time at sonics the food came to us fast never been to a place with such an amazing workers I got the chili cheese tots and some chicken strips while my fiance got a burger meal the stuff was awesome we were so full after that I can’t express how greatful we are and how awesome the food wasParking: Theirs eather the lot right in front of the building where they bring you your food on theirs a shared parking lot that a legit 2 feet away and it’s always got parking

I come to Maui to visit family, and I was excited to learn that Maui had the only Sonic Drive-In in the state. My husband and I went a couple times when we visited. Since he couldn't come this time, he has for me to bring back a burger. I went there and when I was ready to order, I pressed the red button, and immediately they told me to wait. I waited and it took them about 10 minutes to get back to me that was after the call box hung up on me. I finally ordered a Double Bacon Cheese Burger Combo, Tater Tots, and a Cherry Dr. Pepper with Lime with Nerds. It took about 10-15 minutes to wait for the order to come to the car. The guy apologized for the wait. It seemed like the ice in the drink melted so it sat there a while, the tater tots were warm and good, and my husband loved the burger still. Hopefully this was an off day because the other times were ok.I am posting a picture of me bringing the burger from Maui to Oahu where we live lol! I wish Oahu opened one up.

I haven't had Sonic since being on the mainland and missed it so much, I was too excited to visit Maui and be able to have it again!! We pulled into the stalls with the big screens to order from and decided from the options and placed our order through the intercom system and paid at the machine! Super easy and user friendly. I was a little hesitant when we pulled up based on a lot of the reviews I read about the service and wait here but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was!! We got our food and everything was exactly the same as the mainland, it was so satisfying and perfect for a quick lunch during my day trip. They didn't have as large of a menu as most Sonic's on the mainland but that was sort of expected. We ordered a chili dog, popcorn chicken, tater tots, soft pretzels, and our favorite drink, the cherry limeade slushie. The slushie flavors are so good but this one is my favorite!! There's a huge chunk of lime at the bottom! The drinks can be very sweet though, so I sort of let mine sit for a bit to water down hehe. We came back later in the evening to get some foods and drinks to bring back home with us on our flight and our experience was slightly different. We tried to place an order and the attendant, through the intercom, asked us what we would like, we tried to order a special of some sort and she said she would go and check to see if they have it for us and then didn't respond for like 10 minutes? That was weird. And then when she came back, it wasn't her, it was someone different and they talked to us like we hadn't already been helped by someone? It was a bit confusing and it turned out they didn't sell what was being advertised which was a little disappointing but whatever.

Food was hot, tasty and came out pretty quick. Being from Canada and never trying sonic before, the experience was unique. The Cherry Limeade was amazing, the garlic butter bacon burger was unique. Overall was a cool experience and had some good food.

The food is really good. The service is not the best. I went 3 times on my trip. The he first time my mom went to ask for more ketchup and she said that they were super rude. The third time the lady needed her hearing checked. But the second time was fine I guess. And the food is kind of slow for fast food. I also just wish that there was an inside. But I still love the food.
