I always love coming here to get my souvenirs or gift cards when it comes to the holidays! The inside is very spacious and the signs are easy to read. If you need somewhere to do some productive work or a place to read this place offers that. Michelle is always rocking her fabulous hairstyles each time I visit this store and she knows how to lead with style.

I will never patronize this Starbucks again. The woman who took our drive thru order got it wrong then when my husband pointed out it was incorrect, she blamed him for ordering the wrong drink! Then proceeded to roll her eyes and tell him he’s rude for pointing out her mistake and attitude. I understand we’re white and the racism is real here on Maui, but when you have paying customers who are contributing to your salary and benefits, don’t go out of your way to be rude and aggressive. Stop gaslighting customers and own your mistakes.

Miserable staff close to closing time on a Tuesday night. Sorry you’re working, but nobody deserves bad attitudes and solemn faces even if they come in in the evening. I expected Hawaiian hospitality to be better than this. Maybe it’s because we’re tourists.

Not sure if this is a strategy to dissuade people from hanging out for too long or what, but I'm here trying to work remotely since my Internet is out at home, and it's sooo uncomfortable. I'm wearing jeans and a hoodie and wish I had brought shoes because even my toes are freezing! Minus one star for that.

It is always great to buy coffee at Starbucks. I enjoy the drive thru but the insides have finally allowing people to come back and just chill in the A/C and free WIfi. It took them a long time to return to "normal" Welcome back Starbucks

Very busy but they are fast. The other morning I was in a bit of a time crunch with my little boss waiting for me at home so I just ordered my cold brew on the app and picked it up inside. So fast, so delicious and I also grabbed a puppuccino for my first baby girl who was spending quality time with me riding shotgun, just the 2 of us on this morning car ride.Mahalo Starbucks!

As you can see I love to go here and in my opinion this is maybe The Best Starbucks in the island of Maui. With a consistent upbeat and good energy atmosphere, and where there fast dedicated workers I go to other Starbucks as well but this one in Dairy Road Kahului is amazing. It can be busy, it can be a holiday, weekday, or weekday they will give there best. I appreciate all of them firstly of working and being there to attend there shift like to thank them for that, than for being, kind, attentive, and patient. Thank you and keep up the great work, and have to give a big shoutout to Gabby and Tia. Gabby who is always consistently working with kindness ease but efficient focused gets the job done 100% and she is amazing at making the drinks, and honestly when she makes the drinks it’s 100/10. I would recommend asking for her and another person working there would be Tia, I came in one day and it was kind of busy and she was in the middle of doing something but I needed a table clean and without any attitude but with kindness and smile wiped it right away, she also is a fast efficient worker. I say all this because it is hard to look for good workers especially like these ones, so really proud to live near this location and be there customer, keep doing great things y’all . They despite working there do something I like to follow through a quote which is “Why fit in when you’re born to standout”. Number 1 Starbucks in the island in my opinion for a reason.
