Best coffee shop inside domestic terminal by a mile (since there is no competition). Only takeaways, no dining area available. Nitro col brew coffee was surprisingly good and strong. Efficient staff is worth mentioning.

When the two young ladies who were suppose to make drinks were done talking and resumed making drinks 8 minutes passed and about 16 customers were backed up waiting. This is VERY common at this location and staff. Go downstairs to baggage claim location or Burger King. Super

This is the most expensive Starbucks I’ve been too and I couldn’t even get Starbucks points for it, because apparently the scanner didn’t work and they messed up my order and the coffee wasn’t even as full as it normally is. It is also ridiculous that you have to pay a dollar more for a milk substitute when you are milk intolerant and can’t do anything against it.

They don't do Thai wall. Other than that, it's a standard Starbucks. There isn't anything Hawaii-exclusive on the menu. I would recommend the coffee shop in the terminal before leaving for baggage claim as you arrive in OGG.

Perhaps the WORST Starbucks in the nation. Ordered at 8:30am and did not get my food and beverages until 9:42am. They are slow, understaffed, the counter is overcrowded, and they give priority to mobile orders. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This Starbucks was chaotic and the line was long. We waited over 30 minutes to get to the counter and another 20 minutes to get our drinks. While waiting in line, we checked out the merchandise and bought some souvenir mugs.Our drinks were made just right and we enjoyed them. The staff were robots cranking out drinks left and right. With the high volume of customers, they could use a larger space with more help.
Signs all over directing you to order via the app. But they don't mention that at this location, you can only pay via Starbucks card. So we wasted time downloading the app, signing up, adding the order to cart. But not being able to pay. 10 minutes later we were back in line. Update your signage.

The girl at the counter was coming in to work and just yelled at a 4 year old child to get out of her way. So that was awkward. It kind of shocked everyone waiting in line. We’ve all been here since 10pm, it’s 8am, no one was being rude to her, she’s just randomly yelling at a child and refused to acknowledge the inappropriate behavior.

So I stopped at this Starbucks before my flight and got a frappuccino and it was the worse frappuccino I have ever got. It tasted like water with a hint of coffee. I should have known that it was going to be terrible because as I was waiting for my drink they were remaking a drink for another woman who complained about her drink. I would have went back and had them remake mine but I had to board my plane. Waste of $7.

Flew 3000 miles to enjoy a cup of Kona coffee. After waiting 20 min in line the batista said she had no kona coffe, then said if I wanted i could go up stairs to get a cup of Kona after attempting to fill a venti cup with old coffee and ran out..There is no love or Aloha at that Statbucks ,just a barrista who hates there job..Def not a good look for first Time trailer to maui. Would not recommend waiting for bad attitude.
