Great location and easy pit stop on the way back up the hill. I don't normally eat fast food but sometimes, you just need to fuel up and Taco Bell is a great option. They are super quick here and friendly. Deducted one star because one of the visits my veggie fiesta burrito was still cold

Really pathetic service, I recently called to inform them about possibly a bad batch of food (Chicken Grilled Cheese Burrito) that was given to me and caused my other half to have food poisoning. Although upon requesting for a manager over the phone to calmly speak regarding our problem, our line was cut and the call ended without further notice or any information to better this situation. I had no intent to belittle anyone on the phone, and had just the intention to let them know and to possibly double check the process of making people's orders. And there was no possible way that food we had eaten beforehand was bad, because we came there for an early breakfast/ brunch on damn near empty stomachs. Please for the sake of our aina, any management that is reading this please review the food that is going out and the unprofessional customer service that the staff at this location is giving out. Went here to just ask if they had nacho fries cause they never have it and we were stoked, then when we asked to make sure they had it the manager goes "obviously it's on the board so obviously we have it ." Really disappointing , and when we went to tell him that it was really rude and upsetting (because we always go there) he then tells us that it's our fault that we didn't look . Even tho we just wanted to make sure they had it in stock .
