Please be aware that this amazing Hawaiian shave ice shop is now a franchise. This means that there may be differences in quality of the item and services at different locations. This location here is AMAZING. We all know this brand for having syrups that are not overly sweet and accurately reflective of the actual flavor it is trying to capture. This place ensures that your shave ice is saturated with the syrup. Staff make us aware and there are signage that highlight the willingness to refill your syrup if need be. We received a completely different experience at the Kahului location where we were rushed to order our items and were given shave ice bowls where the entire center was just ice. Go here if you can and avoid the other location in the area.

Such amazing shaved ice. We were just in the area and didn’t know there was an Ulalani’s in this location. We saw it and we had to get some. Best part is choosing your ice cream for the bottom of the shaved ice as well. Everyone is always super friendly.

We saw there was a long line after eating lunch but it was worth it. There are tables nearby outside to eat at since it’s really small inside. Customer service was great. Even though the line was like perpetual, the employees welcomed you with a warm smile and a mahalo. I never had shave ice like this back home, this one was bursting with tons of flavor the moment you take the first bite. We customized ours to get the most out of the experience.-sunset beach - passion orange, mango, and guava with macadamia nuts ice cream, snow cap, li hing mui powder 5/5-tamarind, passion fruit, and calamansi with coconut ice cream, snow cap, and li hing mui. 5/5

Omg, this was soooo ono!!! I haven't had it in a while. Wow, did it hit the spot! The shave ice and service was awesome! I got Strawberry & Li Hing Mui, Haupia ice cream, topped with Snow Cap & Li Hing Mui powder. Highly recommend.
