The young girl who took my order was very friendly and respectful.The older lady tried to make conversation, asked my name, said it wrong 4 times, how hard is it to say 2 syllables Ho-ku . Its not hoka not huku. She me asked me what nationality I am. My response was American. Then she said my name doesn't sound American. So I said, if you wanted to know my heritage its Hawaiian. She then tried to tell me she went to Maui and stayed at a place called Wekia. THERE IS NO CITY NAMED WEKIA or Wako there. She didn't have any remorse for survivors of the fire either, but hey if she did go to Maui I am glad she sure enjoyed herself.I just came to get a drink and a frosty, I didn't want a controversial discussion. Hawaii is my heart and soul it's sad tourists disrespectful and so obsessed. Never coming here again.

Don't know if it's just because I'm on vacation or because I had a few drinks in me but this was the best Wendy visit I've had in a long time. ALL the food was hot (something that I feel we don't get in Texas that often) and delicious! The staff was friendly and the place was pretty clean. One thing to note if you're from mainland U.S. but the prices here are super crazy inflated for a combo meal! I had sticker shock as soon as I saw the menu but oh well I had already promised my kids and everything is expensive on the island.
