Well, I finally flew enough to get Premier Club Access ! It did ZERO good as the scanner to let you in KOA's Itty bitty lounge is a paper weight at best. Thanks, Alot Hawaiian

Smallest premier lounge for Hawaiian Airlines. It isn't staffed. You need to scan your boarding pass to gain entry and the scanner doesn't work all the time. So you can keep trying to scan your boarding pass until someone that's already inside let's you in or you just give up and end up sitting at your gate. The good thing about this lounge is that it has air conditioning, so when the sun is beating down outside, you can be cool. But that's about it. There's no restrooms in this lounge and the snacks are basic; self-serve soda, coffee, and maybe a small packet of pau hana snack mix.The wifi is ok. But since this is such a small lounge, sometimes you won't have much room. I've seen the lounge packed full of people and it starts to feel like a horrible place since there are little windows. I wish there was a monitor stating flight status, but there isn't so you need to watch the time and go out to your gate. (FYI, flights here seem to board earlier than what's stated on the boarding pass.)So three stars for having air conditioning and snacks...I can't justify giving more or less since it's better than just sitting at the gate.

there is no staff so everything is self serve . They have coffee and soft drinks only and the tiny bags of snacks they serve in coach class . Surprised they don't have first class snacks here . The Ladies at the Check in counter directed me to the club. Today the door was not working with the scanner but it was unlocked so anyone could be in here unless An airline employee come through and check tickets. It's very quiet in here until some A-hole made a very loud telephone convo which i could hear over my ear buds and netflix movie i was watching . One of the few places there is A/C . Also due to the fire on Maui & north Side of the Big Island so security check in was packed today .

Beautiful view of ocean , beautiful waitresses with beautiful personalities. Francesca was our favorite always looked to have her serve us. The Entertainment they had there was amazing. For me it's the best place in the area.

More of a room with a/c and snacks (which I certainly am not complaining about) can fill up with passengers quite quickly, so try to come early and secure a seat, room for improvement exists.

What a joke of a lounge! Literally a tiny room with AC, no Hawaiian or any representatives. You just let yourself in with your boarding pass. No bathroom inside. There is a drink soda fountain and also some pretzels and coffee. That is all.

It's so small & seems like they're closed a lot. Tried to go in a couple of times but it was blocked off. In the middle of the day. Kinda junk. We fly a lot but were only able to sit in there once last year and once this year. Its really small, not comfortable for a lot of big families because there arent too many seats. They have a soda fountain, an ice machine, some coffee and tea and pretzels. If you want other snacks you gotta to fend for yourself. If you want to use the bathroom you have to go outside because they dont have one in there. It's okay. Wish it was bigger. And open more often. And had its own bathroom. And gluten free, nut free snacks.

Not really a high end airport lounge. No alcohol beverages or food. CHEAP

Fly so much to get Hawaiian elite status, finally get to use it - nope, lounge is closed. I went to the brunette lady at guest services by gate 10 on 1/15/23 - she pretty much laughed in my face when I asked for an alternative lounge or a voucher for drinks. Nope, she says there is a a "leak in the roof" on a bright sunny day with zero rain... so F* you customers, thanks for flying hawaiian so we can continue to treat you like we don't care and laugh at you when we don't even provide the extremely minimal perks we offer for having pualani elite.

Only drinks. No food. Good place to sit down and cool off.

Alexander Yan

Drink and snacks only.

This lounge is nothing fancy - it reminds me of a small office break room. No snacks, but I was there for the fabulous air conditioning and iced drinks. There is also coffee and tea. It is a comfortable, quiet and cool place to hang out while you wait for your flight. No complaints!

Premier Lounge is open. Website says it's closed. Near Gate 10. Scan your ticket to access as there is no employee in lounge. Tiny lounge but has AC. Has Pau Hana snack bags, soda, coffee. Free Wi-Fi. Lots of charging outlets. Restroom outside, so don't forget your ticket to get back in. It is what it is...small airport so expect lounge to be small. No biggie. I'll take the nice AC.

(Translated by Google) Drink only service. It is the best to cool down because the air conditioner is working. Wi-Fi is available but not secure. There is no toilet. Those who have difficulty waiting outside on a hot day can appreciate the air conditioner, but otherwise, it would be nice to wait outside because the wind is pleasant. There are some kinds of drinks. I think you need to join the Premier Club to enter, but when you hold your boarding pass over the key on the left side of the entrance door, the lock is unlocked.
