If you aren’t getting ice cream and condensed milk with your shave ice, you’re wrong. I highly recommend the cinnamon flavor. I know it doesn’t sound great but if you like cinnamon things, you won’t be disappointed. The grape was my second flavor and it’s always my go to until finding cinnamon. My wife got cotton candy and loved it. Customer service was great. And watch your feet. There were three Madagascar geckos running around on the ground. Once you get your shave ice, sit down and watch them. Will definitely go back before leaving the island.
We stop here and have some shaved ice. It seemed decent enough to us, but then again we are tourists who don't know any better. The one thing I found very odd was I had to leave my driver license' to get the key to the bathroom. Not at all sure what that is about.

This is my favorite shave ice place! They have all kinds of toppings from passion jam to condensed milk, to ice cream and candies. They also have boba drinks and slushees.As much as I love the shave ice, my favorite thing here is the halo halo! It's not too sweet, and so uniquely delicious.

I think nostalgia hit me, coming here after visiting Hawaii twice before. However, after visiting other shaved ice places, this wasn't as good as I remembered. The ice wasn't as soft as other places. Outdoor seating. It's fine if you're there and want shaved ice or whatever, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

Kind of expensive and the flavors are sort of bland. There are other places on the island that are better. BTW, the original product on Hawai'i was "shave ice" not "shaved".

Two workers and It took 45min for 2 Bubble Tea and 1 cheese quesadilla. The worker didn't use any gloves while handling the food.
Tried the Pineapple and Coconut shave ice but was very dissatisfied. No flavor. Customer service is lacking. Would not recommend for shave ice.

This was one of the worst Shave Ice I have had. Ice was okay. I choose 3 flavors- Pineapple, Coconut and Passion Fruit. The syrup did not taste anything like these flavors. I had a few spoonfuls and tossed it. I was hoping this quick stop in a shopping center would prove a good choose. It did not!
