Yum! We loved being able to grab food and drinks by the bar. The poke was delicious and very unique with a coconut flavor. My drink was also really good.

The hotel changed ownership back in 2021. They use to be owned by Sheraton, but now Outrigger owns the resort and restaurant. They didn't have any of the items posted on yelp from when this place was owned by a different company. They have a brand new revamped menu that is super delicious and the servers are super friendly and attentive. My favorite item on the menu is the odd bowl.

My husband and I had a great time at the Holua Poolside Bar & Lounge. The bartenders Mike and Ka'ua were the best. They definitely kept us laughing and just having the best time. They took the time to introduce us to other people, like their manager, great person. The food, some items are really good, like the chicken wings, some items are iffy, so right, not everyone has the same taste in foods, some may like the food, some may not. The location of the bar is perfect, right between the two pools. I heard the Outrigger is going to remodel the Holua Bar, not sure when, but I am sure they will do their very best to keep the 'drinks' and 'food' coming or is that suppose to be 'flowing'. Our Mahalo to the staff at the Holua Poolside Bar & Lounge, thank you Mike and Ka'ua.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years.Service has hit a new low. Tried ordering a sandwich to go from Holoa grill. Stood and waited for 10 minutes as multiple servers and waitstaff pretended I didn’t exist.Bartender was working hard but didn’t even acknowledge me.Tried calling to place a to go order. Surprise! Three tries, no answer, no help.Stay and eat elsewhere if you can.

Food, service, and views are subpar. Better just order when you're at the pool as the waitress for the Holua bar isn't that friendly. Which is highly uncommon to find poor service in Hawaii. The food is okay. The smoothies are made from sugary fruit syrups so it's better to go to the HoloHolo market upstairs for a real, fresh fruit smoothie. Poke is not good. Fish is fresh but the poke sauce is way to heavy.
