Great service and really good selection of chocolates! Funny names for their products and often funny comments from the staff! I recommend a stop if you are in Kona!

Great store, funny names for the chocolate selection. The store rep was also hilarious when asking if we would carry our balls in a bag or in our hand! The chocolate itself tastes great too! Definitely stop by for some

Awesome selection of Donkey Balls. Very humorous and tasty Dusty, Frosty, Dirty. Just conscious and respectful of the new homeless population.

Quiet a big selection of donkey balls that was priced fair. Small location in downtown Kona

I've been to the other donkey, balls, coffee shop, just across the way, and did a wonderful coffee tasting there with two amazing people last year!! I didn't know they had this other coffee shop, but I knew I wanted to get something cold to drink! I ended up getting a lilikoi iced tea and it hit the spot perfectly!! It was so humid and hot outside that my ice actually melted within 10 minutes, but I originally thought the "ice" was actually lychee! Lol I was surprised to see it wasn't as my ice melted. Oops! Hee. My teenage son thought the merchandise within the store had a handful of great/funny names as well! Lol I will definitely be back again and everyone should try their coffee and buy!!

$8 for 4-5 golf ball sized chocolates. There’s so much chocolate, like a half inch surrounding the mac nut in the center, that you can’t even taste the nut.

We had an assortment of chocolate covered items, pineapple, coconut and caramels. They were all very good and enjoyed by everyone.

Terrible customer service!!! The elder tall thin man with the white beard was so rude!!!! During our 5 day trip we experienced such amazing kindness and customer service and we were excited to go to this shop because we had heard about the chocolates. We walked in the man just stared at us no greeting nothing. There was some grilling seasonings with names like rub my hiney which doesn't describe the flavor nor did the packaging only ingredients listed. So my friend asked the man at the register what the flavor was and he said "I don't know, ingredients are in the package, I've never read them." We were shocked and disappointed so we left without purchasing anything.

Third time at this location. They didn’t have what I purchased last time, but that’s fine (supply chain/circumstance/etc). I waited outside by the cafe tables \\u0026 plugged my phone in for 5-9 minutes at outside outlet by cafe tables. The employee saw all of this, went outside for a smoke break, finished smoke break, then he went back inside. When I removed my phone charger he chose that moment to yell at me as I was walking away that I should have asked permission for the charge. There were no signs or other indicators that this charge was unacceptable (again, less than 10 minutes [to ensure I would maintain contact with my ride], outside the establishment where cafe tables and chairs are placed). I used to recommend this store- never again

If you like to be yelled at after multiple opportunities for civil communication or signage, you will love this place- especially if you are a solo woman who likes to be yelled at by male employees who ignore you until you are leaving. This place is iconic. One of the oldest coffee shops at the Kona Inn Shopping Village. This place has a lot of character and I absolutely love everyone who works here.

Went here just because of the name. The prices were a little high and the chocolates were okay. The staff was very friendly.

This has been one of my go to coffee places for a while just because it’s convenient I have gotten the same thing every time (iced vanilla latte) and for some reason they always charge me a different price but I have never questioned it anyway one of the guys made fun of my friend for asking for almond milk in her coffee he said “you want nut juice instead of milk” which personally I think is very rude and bad customer service another time I asked for a cup of ice along with my coffee and he proceeded to give a random half cup of ice that was sitting on the counter and was very passive aggressive about it another thing is they don’t always fill the cup all the way and for mediocre over priced coffee I don’t appreciate this if you need a cup of coffee while you’re around it’s convenient but I would recommend going to other places
