This new restaurant in the Kona Airport is a God send! There was never anything decent to eat or take on board the very long flight home, until now. Staff is very friendly and helpful too. So thankful.

Michelle was rude and not helpful. Made you feel like you were doing something wrong. We spent lots of $ here we were a party of 12. She was assuming my 14 year old son was drunk because he had his eyes closed and head down. She assumed we were giving my son beer. Rude rude!!

Michellle has to be one of the worst customer service person!!! Made you feel like you were stupid and then she goes on to wake up my son of 13 yrs old because their is no sleeping around!!! Are you serious!!! Smh!! This lady has issues either she’s racist or just plane on stupid. Her customer service is trash and she should get replaced she’s not worth the pay!!!
I was going to spend approx. $60.00 on 2 cheese burgers, 2 fries, & 2 20 ounce soft drinks.Then I find out that the only way to get any ice is to buy alcoholic beverages with ice. I've been sober nearly 20 years & I'm not giving that up just for some ice. This is the 3rd time something similar to this has happened.The bottom line is that if the place can't spare some ice when your going to spend $60.00 on 2 Cheeseburgers, Fries, & Drinks... then it doesn't deserve a dime of my money, period.

3.20.2024 picked up food-to-go from Kona airport for the flight home. Had the kalua pig platter (with white rice) and my hubby had the turkey croissant sandwich. They were both yummy & satisfying.

Limited food options with a small bar. Does the trick if you are in a pinch, but it is the only option other than newsstand snacks in the airport. As such, it is quite busy. Better to eat before you arrive - $9 for 1/2 papaya is a little ridiculous.

The food was excellent! I had the Cheeseburger. It was cooked just right, juicy, and the lettuce and tomato was super fresh! My friend had the Garden Burger and it was also cooked well, moist and not dry at all, toppings super fresh! The fries were crispy and the prices were the same range as the rest of the island so no extra expensive food in the airport!They have coolers with "to go" foods like ready made sandwiches and pasta salads.There is also a bar in this cafe and they have local Kona beers on tap.

Unclear business hours. Asked an airport employee what time the cafe closed just in case. We were told 10. Walked in at about 9:25 and tried to order food. Got screamed at saying they were closed. I was a bit taken aback, I’ve never experienced anything like that at a restaurant. Especially when I didnt do anything. Picked up a pizza to go. Didn’t talk to the cashier out of fear that I’d be screamed at again. Pizza was fine but that girl needs to chill out or find a new job. That attitude was next level
