The only thing this place has going for it was that it was open on new years eve. If the other spots had been open, I would have gone elsewhere. I went to the driv-thru because I was in a bit of a hurry and there was only one car. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for that car to be given 2 drinks. I would have backed out and left if there wasn't a car behind me. I will never go here again. My latte was meh.

The location is modern and clean. The staff is slow and unfriendly (if you go inside). They are mainly focused on the drive up customers, so they act annoyed if you cover inside. Music is quite loud and an alarm has been going off for 5 minutes without any staff members attending to it.

Dark, most of the furniture turned up so it couldn't be used, not a single electrical outlet to charge a phone, and the coffee I received after my order was forgotten was weak.

Came here to get my drink re-made that was done by another store, in starbucks policy it says you can get a drink remade at any location. The manager at this location is very rude & told me that i have to go to the location i got it done at, the problem is when i get my drink remade at the location i got it they still mess it up.. so i go to another location and this guy is very rude & disrespectful.
One of the quite--few great things about Starbucks is their consistency. Another is the quality of their service: efficient, friendly, professional, and clearly a product of excellent training. That's exactly what we experienced here. It was perfect, as always.

It’s really sad how down this Starbucks has gone. I ordered a venti drink and they gave me a grande. I then told the guy what I ordered & he swore I didn’t. This isn’t my first time this has happened or my drinks always get mess up.

I live near Seattle and am an avid collector of their coffee mugs from the places we visit so just had to stop by during our first ever visit to the Big Island. We found a Hawaii mug but not a Kona one. Coffee was great or rather the refreshers were because it was just too hot for a coffee. It was so good, we went there twice. Hours are a bite limited, they close at 5pm on Sundays.
