This California Pizza Kitchen is a joke, very unprofessional and ridiculous. We were really hungry, came in, sat down, ordered some pizzas and after 55 minutes!!! The waitress came back and said we are sorry we don't have the crust to make your pizzas!! Never going back. If you really want to try California Pizza Kitchen go to other locations and avoid this location at all costs.

I took my mom here for dinner and one of the kitchen employees was working in the back in a cut off shirt with his armpit hair exposed - absolutely disgusting and unsanitary not to mention unsafe and inappropriate for a kitchen atmosphere. Will not return to a place that has such low regard for safety and hygiene - absolutely

Nothing sucks more than to be in the service industry and watch a completely unsupported staff. For years I have felt sorry for this extremely neglected staff but finally feel like it just makes me too sad not to comment. My kid is 16 years old and CPK has always been our intimate spot. Dad was GM back in the days when CPK cared. I just wish someone could realize what a gem CPK Kailua could be and take care of it. Truly it could be a gold mine, but to go time and time again and watch the kitchen crash and the servers super over worked is heart breaking.Vegetarian options: yep

Worst ever. Raist server.I left without even ordering food. They told me to wait for directions and that it would take 10 minutes and there would be a 10 minute wait. They showed me around and said they would come to take my order, but they didn't come. When I asked to call another server, I saw it delivered. Even then it doesn't come. I saw that all the other tables were fetching water and taking orders. I waited exactly 18 minutes and then just woke up. They are watching us leave haha.

Service was terrible and our food took an hour after we finally ordered after sitting at our table for almost 20 freaking minutes. It wasn't busy at all. The servers weren't prioritizing correctly and were pretty unfriendly. Never again
