Have tried them three times since under new management and gotten our go tos each time. It's progressively gotten worse in taste, smaller in portions and more expensive on every item. Covid is no longer an excuse. And we have them three strikes. They are out! Won't ever go back.

I love Champa Thai. It's not fancy it's not over the top, it is wonderful Thai food. I don't, but I could, go there every week. The food is delicious and wonderful. The service is always pleasant but not always fast. When I go out to dinner fast is not important, what is important, is a pleasant experience and great food and they always deliver that.

Pad thai was good. My husband got pad siew with shrimp and he said it was really good. Prices were quite high for amount of food. $100 to feed 5 peeps. Actually my First time tonight even tho I've lived in Kailua for over 35 yrs. So can't compare to previous mgt. We called in order so restaurant need not pay any fees. Was told 20-30 minutes, ended up about 45 minutes as we had to wait after arriving. My bad for not checking the order before leaving. Got home and 1 dish i paid for was missing. My son called and went back to get it. Management could have been more apologetic, blaming the kitchen crew. Not sure i will go there again, haven't for 35 yrs! P.S. i saw a placard on the table that instructed dine in clientele to order using a QR code. Does that mean a human being doesn't take ur order? I thought that was a little strange. Like ordering take out while dining in. Hmmm...

Under new ownership, and I definitely want to give them a chance. However, prices are much higher than under the previous owners. The food is generally about the same under the new ownership, but avoid the rad nar. I had it last night, and it was a gelatinous mess. The pad voon sen and curry was delicious as usual, tho!

New management along with better food! Great vegan and vegetarian options. Noodle dishes are great and the larb is tasty! We got the tofu larb vegan and was very happy with the outcome. Been to several Thai places but vegan food can be bland sometimes but this places used the right Thai ingredients. Staff is friendly and Thai Iced tea is 5 out of 5! Try this place out!

This is our new favorite Kailua restaurant. Recommend dining in, the service is wonderful. The Tom Yum Prawn is a must-have. You won't be disappointed.

The food were delicious. I had the Tom Yum Prawn Soup, the Papaya Salad and Pad Thai and some sticky rice of course. The flavors were blended so good, just enough spice, salt and sweetness to each of the dishes. I could not stop eating even when my stomach said enough. The place is very clean and a peaceful ambiance. The service was very good and now you can order and pay straight from you phone with their bar code technology. I was told they just had an ownership change and so the dishes got upgraded as well. I would travel anywhere on this island just to eat here, it's that good. I promise you will love it. I did and so did my family!!

I'm so sorry to have to leave a one-star review on a restaurant that used to be one of my favorites. Prior to the management change I used get food from here all the time and I was happy to hear they were moving to new management because the service was always pretty bad but the food, great. When I spoke with the manager about a month ago he said they would be keeping the same recipes but unfortunately that was not my experience tonight. I ordered Tom Yum soup with tofu and extra mushrooms and green curry with chicken and rice(costs extra now). I always loved their Tom Yum and thought it was the best I'd had on island. You could tell the quality of ingredients was high and they would use enoki and oyster mushrooms and real lemongrass, so I would order extra mushrooms. Now, you can tell the quality of ingredient has gone down significantly. They only use basic white button mushrooms, large chunks of tomato, and no lemongrass or other herbs but the broth itself is still good. The Green Curry was practically inedible. I asked for it medium and when I opened the dish it looked like mint colored curry with one dollop of red pepper flakes on top, not mixed in. Very small pieces of chicken, cucumber that looked like it hadn't been cooked in curry, all of the ingredients looked like they had been cooked separately then thrown together, and I could not taste any curry at all it just tasted like coconut milk. Very disappointing. I ended up not even eating the "curry" but may try to doctor it up myself later because I hate to waste food. Would be open to eating food in future if they go back to old recipes. *added later* Tried to cook in my own curry paste to give it some flavor but I was too grossed out to eat it. It looked almost like green food coloring was just added to the coconut milk, the way the outside edges of the chicken were green. Put the whole thing in the garbage.

The selection such as lunch specials r great seems the flavors r stronger also not just the heat element. The crispy is more crispy, fish chicken, haven't had all thing yet but so far good!! Enjoy!! Left overs made great dinner!!

Chicken Pad See Ew - THAI HOT!!! Absolutely loved it. This place has been our go-to for Thai food and we absolutely love it!!! If you like it spicy with a tingling heat on your lips, ask them to make it spicier than possible. Thanks for the amazing food Joe!

I believe they are in new management. This is the first time trying this place out. We went for valentines dinner and they had a nice table side decoration. Unfortunately they only had one server and were understaffed for a busy night. Food was delicious! Pad Kee Mao was really flavorful! I think one of the best on the islands. They also have everyone free desserts for the night :)

They're under new management. We asked if the recipes were the same, they said they are, but unfortunately they are not! We got our usual green curry, yellow curry, and spring rolls! It was terrible! My best friend and I were regulars here, and now we're sad to say we will not be returning!
