Pizza was delivered all dumped on one side like they carried the box on its side. They said they would send another pizza out, but I would have to pay the delivery fee. After arguing with the manager, they said we’ll wave it this one time (like they were hooking me up, after they provided poor quality) That’s hot garbage. Pizza Hut’s getting all my business for now on. After I peeled the pizza part this is what I got.Update!! When they sent the new pizza out it was cold and all jacked up!! These people are terrible!!

Probably the rudest Dominoes on the island. I went from being a Dominoes 2x a week to never ordering Dominoes again because I had the misfortune of relocating next to this location. Delivery is always 1 1/2hr+, pickup is 45min+ and there is zero parking. Owner is rude, manager is rude, they're all rude. It's not worth the time and effort, I just make the drive ti Boston's now. Shame because I've been a Dominoes loyalist for 25yrs+, but not this one.

Polite and very friendly. The worker that took my order, explained everything I needed to know about my pizza. And the wait time. Domino's Pizza has always been my favorite, since the 80's when I was away in Seattle Washington. And I'm so very glad, that now there is one where I live. Honolulu, Hawaii ~ Kaneohe ~ Mahalo nui ??

My son and his girlfriend recently ordered from this Kailua location. While there an employee was rudely making comments from the back to them about them getting their order in a take out box. They took their food to go but sat to eat a slice before going. They weren't planning on eating it there but the employee assumed they were staying. His loud and rude comments were uncalled for. They said they will never return there again. The only reason I am writing this review is because EVERYTIME we have come in, there has always been a rude, loud employee making unnecessary comments. For that reason we will not return. Let's hope the new Kaneohe store is better.

never trust dominoes in Kailua ! all employees taking orders seem to be completely high and unable to take simple instructions (half cheese, half pepperoni). our pizza for delivery has taken 2 hours or forgotten all together. there are many options for pizza In Kailua, choose any of them except Dominoes.
