Love this spot for special after school dates with my kids. They love being able to pour their own ice cream and top it off with all kinds of toppings to enjoy from cereal, to candy, to fresh fruit and syrups. The froyo is self serve so you do everything yourself. They have regular sized cups and large sized cups. I do wish they had a kid sized cup because the regulars are even big for me. You pay by weight so keep that in mind when you're loading up your toppings. They have ample seating at tables or for a more casual feel, they have comfy couches and a nice play area for the kiddos. The owner even came over and put on Kung Fu Panda on the tv for my kids which was a treat. They share a parking lot with neighboring businesses but usually always a spot open.

Maile is my hero. I was in a dire situation, struggling to breathe and choking. But Maile quickly sprang into action and expertly performed CPR, saving my life in a flash. Not only that, but she also casually handed me 10Gs to cover my hospital bills and even allowed me to borrow her stunning 2024 Rolls Royce to get myself home. I was blown away by Maile's humility, generosity, and incredible service - she truly went above and beyond the call of duty.

I have NEVER had a more uncomfortable/ hostile experience with a customer service worker than I have with the worker named Maile ( I had to ask another worker for her name, since she doesn't bother speaking to me). I've been here multiple times and somehow she's been working every time, and has never failed to make me extremely uncomfortable and be horribly rude completely unwarranted. She begins by glaring at me the second I walk through the door, staring as I make my cup and then not even greeting or saying a single word to me while I stand there, and the one time she did she sounded pissed, for what??. It's extremely confusing as i've never said or done a single rude thing to her, it was nowhere near closing, yet she consistently has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have told all of my friends and family to avoid this place because of this single worker. I rarely leave bad reviews, but Maile needs to be fired, she has no place in customer service if this is how she treats people and i've never seen her do anything but act like a snarky teenager. Truly upsetting and i'm planning on calling the store until i can speak to the manager about her as well.

We have stopped here every time we are visiting this side of the island. Most topping choices! Relaxing spaces.

Ono, self-serve frozen yogurt ... Many different flavors to choose from and an enormous variety of toppings to add, from mochi balls to boba to gummi worms, etc.

Usually frozen yogurt places are super sticky- but Frost has always been clean. They rotate their flavors, and they're always delicious. They have a ton of extra toppings to experiment with. My kids adore this place.

I love this place but the owner lets children run it and they’re always closed at 8/8:30pm on a weekend. You would think they would want to make money but I guess not.

thank you to the worker that gave me and my family free fro yo. Sorry we didn't have any cash for a tip but next time we will.

DIY shaved ice and froyo by weight. The shaved ice isn’t great, not amazing texture and the standard syrups are room temperature so they melt the ice pretty seriously. But it’s kind of fun to do it yourself and see how hard it is to get anything consistent. They have lots of flavors and it’s not actually the worst I’ve had in Oahu. The price is about average.Lots of froyo flavors also tons of toppings, everything you could want, candy, cookies, boba-style toppings.

Extremely overpriced. 43 dollars for four small half cups with very little toppings. Poor customer service.

Are used to love frost I’ve never had an experience like this they had no lids didn’t tell me beforehand so that I could use a different cup and also I was so overwhelmed because the music was all the way up I couldn’t talk to my kid and they were in the back the whole time so I waited 10 minutes to even ask for a lid. I say it’s best to get delivery or Uber don’t go inside.

The coolest place in Kailua... Frost...simple name complex build as the choices here are mind-blowing! Long gone are the self-serve froyo as covid has basically taken everything behind a plexiglass like a science project where your options dwindle down to a few choices...not here! This cool place on Oneawa Street will have you build your own creation with everything you can imagine and as I had zero intention how all you have to do is just take a short browse around and of course start with the frozen yogurt...and with over a dozen to choose from it can get overwhelming thought once I saw Peppermint and it's twin partner of chocolate that was an instant no brainer...chocolate peppermint twist...bam! Which then there are 14 different cereal, over 20 sweet toppings, then there still the chilled fruits and popping boba section not to mention the syrup bar of chocolate, guava, lilikoi, strawberry and so much more...ya they have LiHing as well! All this was at 0.88 an ounce. There's also a self serve shave ice which sounds like a fun thing to do with so much fun seating zones makes it a fun place to get out of the heat and into Frost zone! Thank you!

The welcoming ambiance was quite inviting, and I was pleased to find an array of operational yogurt machines and a wide selection of toppings to complement your yogurt. To my surprise, Frost also provides shaved ice. The only thing missing was a sugar-free yogurt option. Nevertheless, I was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable cleanliness and the well-stocked offerings at this eatery.
