A little hole in wall place near Kailui Beach Park serving decent take out food for the beach. The chicken katsu, spicy fried chicken and loco moco were pretty good. The beef curry was average and we would not order again. They offer a mini size for a lot of their menu items which we found perfect for eating at the beach.

Best local drive-in restaurant on Windward side. Hands down. Most delicious food, huge servings, great price and value.There are only 3 other drive-ins in all the Hawaii islands that I've been to that even compare, they are all in Honolulu.Richies, King st.K&K Kitchen, School st. Great service, short wait, amazing food!I got the Combo H (spicy chicken, beef curry, and char siu w/ rice and Mac salad) my wife got the BBQ mix plate (BBQ short ribs cut thick almost 1/4 in, BBQ chicken, and teri beef w/rice and mac salad), and my daughter got the Teri beef burger (Teri beef and mayo on a soft bun) and fries.The food was great! The Teri beef burger is a flavor bomb, and the fries are thick and crisp but fluffy and the right amount of salty.The curry beef is tied for my #1. The spicy chicken is more fried chicken with a little spice, bit its a large bone in chicken thigh, and it's balanced with the meal. The char siu is flavorful but not super strong. The meat is the highlight of that dish.The BBQ mix plate was extremely generous on portion size, same size chicken but boneless. The short ribs were thick, sweet, and juicy.Last bit certainly not least, the highlight side is the standard settings Mac salad. It's cold, creamy, and refreshing. It's not over seasoned but goes with the meats very deliberately.Vegetarian options: Lacto-ovo vegan options, fish options,Parking: The parking is for the complex only so it's not over full!Kid-friendliness: Grilled cheese, cheese burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and musubi

Dirty dirty restaurant, ordered BBQ platter and meat was over marinated and extremely fatty. Only good thing was the macaroni salad. Wife ordered spicy fried chicken and tasted like 3 week oil that had never been cleaned. Soda machine is disgusting and the entire place really feels like it needs a good cleaning.. Not sure how this place gets a 4.5 star rating.

Fantastic plate lunches. You can easily split one plate for 2 people, or a big serving for 1. Everything is delicious, I highly recommend the garlic shrimp.
Just ordered some spam musubi and it took 10 minutes to make. Race patty wasn’t compressed enough and fell apart very easily. Service also wasn’t terribly friendly.

Food was okay.. we found one strand of hair in the food. There are empty boxes all over the restaurant which makes you question about cleanliness of the place. Would not be back.

Found this spot via Google Maps while being at the beach nearby. Loco moco was awesome! Burger and fries as well. Huge portions and very friendly staff.We‘ll try the bbq tomorrow :)
