Service is warm and welcoming. Food and beverage selection is same as all stores. You can earn stars here and use your app to pay, but you cannot redeem your star awards at this location.Parking: Parking is found in the lot for the exchange and commissary.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking up front and close to the store as well as a wheelchair accessible ramp to the front door.

Ordered a drink I've gotten for 5+ years. Was told I was basic when I bought it and that I had probably just seen it on a tik tok video.A gentleman then proceeded to make my drink differently than requested. He told me that it's going to taste the same. Suffice it to say, it did not taste the same. It wasn't bad, just not what I ordered.

I come here maybe once a month, and every time my drink is good. My only problem is that the most recent time i came my friends and i just got waters, and one of the employees was trash talking someone VERY loudly and using explicit words to their co-workers, i dont mind them talking or even swearing in store but this person was speaking loudly when there was kids in store. This same person almost spilled my friends water all over the counter. Most of the employees are nice though.

Was in town visiting and happen to go to this Starbucks. We did not get greeted and stood in line for approximately 10-15 mins while they all assisted another customer. Not one of the employees acknowledged us. Also, the fire alarm went off and it took them almost 20 mins to shut it off. It was loud and annoying! My tea was fine when I finally received it.

The service is a little slow due to the lack of help but the baristas are very friendly and take special care to make sure that the order is accurate.
This location needs an audit or new management. I’ve had unpleasant experiences here for years. I always think it’s going to get better. I always want to give people grace and the benefit of the doubt, but the grumpy vibe here brings me down big time. I go to the Aikahi location now, but I popped in here the other day and nothing had changed. I don’t expect anyone to care about my very first world problem but I hope the owner gives some attention to the staff issues.The service is SO SLOW whether it’s packed or empty. The quality of the coffee is extremely inconsistent. I’ve choked on way-too-strong cold brew and I’ve been given cold brew cups that are under filled by an inch or two. Baristas are filled with silent rage if you ask for a tweak. There are baristas who regularly behave unprofessionally, seem bothered to deal with customers….at the register….are combative with fellow workers and aren’t efficient or helpful.**Through the years, there have been beyond lovely baristas who are kind, great at what they do, and quietly put up with difficult co-workers, and I hope they know who they are**I know this review is very Karen, but this place needs some HELP! I know customers can be awful, difficult, demanding, and that’s draining as hell. BUT if you’re choosing this public facing job, you’ve gotta be professional.

Given the fact that this Starbucks is on military base opened I don't understand why is it from 730am - 1pm which make know since at all. I will Never visit this location again I rather go off base. Waste or time because you never know when it going open or close. Lastly, this location doesn't rate even one star...
