I'm new to this. I went to visit this Subway location because it's been awhile since I last had a sub sandwich. My son and I both ordered a foot long. The person behind the counter gave no greeting. The place was empty so no big rush. I told her what kind of bread and she proceeded. Nothing notable except if you would like a little more onion you'll get 3 more slices, if more bell pepper you'll get the same. I noticed she did not like to give more. I didn't take every veggie or condiment available just the ones I liked. Mind you my sandwich was not bursting. So if I had to rate this location I would give it a 2 1/2 to 3 out of 5. No greeting, said very little and most of all no thank you!! I want to be fair. Did anyone have better service??

On today's date 1/13/21 at 12:45Our service was shameful. The server lady was rude she made our sandwich sloppily that it all fell apart might as well chop it all up and call it a subway salad and eat off of a plate. This franchise is not run well at all.

I visited this store Sunday morning and was treated very badly by the lone employee who spoke to me like I was bothering her. I chose a sandwich and she snapped back what kind of bread did I want. I said 12 grain which is what I order at the kaneohe sub. She kept saying rudely white or wheat while glaring at me. At this point I told her I didn't deserve to be spoken to like that and said forget it. If the manager wants to know why business is so bad this employee is worse than the pandemic

I never left a crappy review before. This will be hard to sugar coat. So here we are during the Covid epidemic. Me and my hunny stopped in for a refreshing sub. The food is not the problem, it's the people running this joint. As we were finishing up paying, my man asked for the restroom key (public bathrooms were down a hallway right next to Subway). They told him to ask the neighboring restaurant for their key. And he did. As he left I curiously asked if they had a key. And she said yes but are not letting anyone use it due to the Covid-19. I couldn't believe it. That was so rude. We were paying customers. I wish I would've asked her sooner then I wouldn't have paid for our sandwiches. I wonder if I ordered more sandwiches the story would be different. Not coming here again. Thank you Aloha Salads for being so kind all though we didn't order anything. True Aloha.

Get your sandwich to take with you here. Not a great place to sit and eat, but the food is good enough, lots of choices. What is your favorite?

Operator at this franchise is not nice; no bathroom. Subway in general - breakfast: premade (frozen), nearly tasteless, rolled out and then microwaved eggs to order - yuck! The rest of the day: frozen chicken, chemical laden (thus off tasting) greens, and bread so soft it's practically pre-digested. So-so charcuterie. I don't understand why so many Americans eat here? Price?
I don't know what it is about Subway....they don't seem to know what's on them....for instance when I order the chicken and bacon ranch they ask if I want the bacon and what dressing..... Anyway, the people who work in THIS particular store are impatient and rude. We were there for a late lunch (about 2pm) so it wasn't busy at all. Their sandwiches are the same no matter where you are which is the only reason I gave them a '2' and not a '1'.

I like the tuna and the salami, but there are lots of other choices and the ingredients are mostly fresh. Big sub sandwiches.

It is Subway so you know what you are getting. The bread is always fresh and today the sandwich special was turkey, my favorite. I added bacon. All good abs service with a smile.
