The cashier was rude to me but polite to other customers. On top of that they didn't put tomatoes or sour cream in my tacos when I paid for it. I'm pretty sure Doritos tacos come with sour cream and tomatoes. I think they were having a rough day.

My father ordered a chicken chalupa replaced with beef . It said it on the receipt . And this lady made it with chicken instead and said "To bad I already made it" when my father corrected it. I would leave a 1 star request if I could.

Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. the customer service was just about as bad as it gets and the service was slow and overall just bad. The atomosphere was just kind of.. I don't exactly know how to explain it but it was not a positive one. There was this one lady that wouldn't leave my family and wouldn't leave us alone while we ate, asking question, interacting with us, and just making us super uncomfortable. She obviously on drugs and was asking us more personal questions. At one point she stuck her hands in my 3 year olds water cup. The food was decent I guess. The experience sucked all together. Would not recommend

Unprepared and understaffed, be prepared to waste a lot of time if you are doing food delivery. This location should have to pay a penalty, or turn off food delivery options at night.
Honestly it's very ridiculous to tell the people waiting in the drive through to go back and circle around and wait in line just because you ordered ahead as well and wanted to pick it up . The management team here honestly is stupid and doesn't understand the point of just plain simple guest service. You had the order ready and could have handed it to us but instead told your worker at the window to tell us to circle back around because "we only serve 2 online orders per car ". Get real.... And the food is cold . Whats the actual point !

Always consistent and the same man at the window is efficient taking orders. Also a lot lady names Cheryl I think who sounds like a professional greeeter. She’s great
Drive thru takes forever and if you eat Inside the drive thru line locks you in your parking stall till it finally moves then if someone will let you out.Parking: You get blocked in the parking lot cause the drive thru line is longFood and service is great parking lot is a fail

It's Taco Bell. None of it should come as a surprise. But I'd highly recommend ordering inside at one of the kiosks so you can modify your orders.
