I had awesome customer service when I went down to order a cake for my sons birthday party. The girl said they didn't have any Minecraft cakes but said if it was easy enough she could pull it off. I showed her a picture and she took care of the rest. This is all my son wanted so it worked out! I just had to pick out the size, type of ice cream we wanted, and let them know when I'd be picking it up.

Today I got the cookie dough layered sunday. It is very high in calories, but today is my cheat day.Cookie dough pieces are my favorite part of the baskin ice cream, and this feeling like it's half extra dough ball pieces makes it very good to me. The added caramel drizzle is nice too.Service is always fast for me, but I tend to go before or after the post dinner rush, so the two people on staff are able to help me quickly.There are three tables, two two seater and one four seater, but most people will eat outside.

Just got ice cream recently today, 5 stars for customer service. He attended us right when we opened the door. He had a big smile and was very friendly! Definitely will come back to this location. Strawberry cheesecake flavor is amazing!!
Whats not to love about ice cream? I am a little bit lactose intolerant but i can eat good quality ice cream so this one is no problem for me. Good quality and of course yummy ice cream!

It was a hot day here and I was craving some ice cream. I ended up treating hubby and daughter to whatever they wanted. I decided on getting two scoops of the Reese's pieces ice cream. I got two scoops in a regular cone. This was so good. I wanted to treat myself since I worked so hard at work today and I ended up burning up my calories later. It's perfect to eat ice cream on a hot day. The ice cream had pieces of chocolate and peanut butter inside. The cone was a little stale. I still ended up eating it anyway. It's pretty spacious inside to have around 10 people inside. My daughter got one scoop of jamocha in a waffle cone. She managed to finish it. Her dad also got her a large mangoenada. It was pretty good cause I took two sips of it. It's basically mangoes and tamarind sauce mixed together. It's pretty good but filling. The lady at the register was nice.

Not many ice cream places in or near Kaneohe but we can always rely on the ole faithful Baskin-Robbins. Whether you want a cone, cup, an ice cream drink or cake or just a pint to take home and enjoy later, Baskin-Robbins got it. I found out today that if all is still good, Baskin-Robbins is bringing back discount days on the 31st of the month, starting August 31st. Check with your local Baskin-Robbins, they might just start on July 31st. So beat the summer heat and stop in to get your treat!!
