The food was really delicious, but the big downside was that there was a very long waiting time. The person in front of me asked if I had ever been here before, and he started talking by saying that it was his first time here. He said that he had been waiting for over 20 minutes and it seemed like it was taking too long. If he had known, he would have gone to that Chinese restaurant over there and started talking. Then I asked the person next to me if he had ever been to this place, and he said it was delicious. Then, as more time passed, I looked inside to see why it was taking so long, and I guess they were making fresh meat and cooking it. They put side dishes and rice from the front and delivered it to the back. The person in charge of meat waited for a while, received the seasoned meat, and started cooking it. It felt like I was doing it. Meanwhile, other customers were coming and loitering in front of the ordering counter, and the lady who was taking the side dishes was doing nothing, but since the customers had been waiting for a long time, she told them to wait a moment and called a middle-aged woman who seemed to be the owner. I don't know if he went into the kitchen to help with the cooking, but it's also true that the counter is empty for a long time... .. Or, if the person next to him saw Shun about to order, he would at least tell him to wait, or he would just sit there and watch, and there would be 4-6 people waiting in line, and a few of them would go to another restaurant. And as time went by and the food was finished, it got busy as people started pouring out portions for 5 or 6 people, starting from the person in front of me. It's so nice that I get to share my food with the person in front of me who waited longer than me... It’s true that the person behind me also receives it with me… . If it was a regular restaurant, I would have understood, but other competitors in the shopping mall come out quickly (my husband got it from a local restaurant next door and has already eaten more than half of it), so I think it takes a long time because they make the meat right after ordering and cook it, but there is a Chinese restaurant in the shopping mall. If you look at it, the meat is already made and the takeout is done quickly, so Korean restaurants will probably order a lot of bulgogi just like the name of the bulgogi restaurant, so it would have been better to cook half of it and cook it a little more when ordering later, or make it in advance. I think so. Compared to cooking with rain, the taste was not much different from pre-cooking and reheating at a regular buffet restaurant, so I was even a little annoyed. It's fresh if you cook it right away, but especially!!! Who wants to wait more than 20 minutes at a busy mall during lunch hour? They want to eat quickly and do more shopping. If that's the case, just cook it, display it in front, and heat it up. Just... ..If it takes a long time, I think I'll just give up Korean food and eat local restaurant or Chinese food. If a restaurant owner sees this, I recommend that you prepare the first batch for at least 5 people during lunch time. There won't be much difference in taste... . As someone who has eaten a lot of bulgogi… Saving time is the key here! Otherwise, you will lose customers to Chinese restaurants. My heart aches at this unfortunate system.

I know prices are getting crazy but raising the prices and decreasing the portions significantly does not go hand in hand. Just been noticing less and less portions, including vegetable sides over the past couple years. I guess sales must be dipping since veggies are not as fresh meaning less turn around. Sad since I really liked their plate lunches. They used to be piled high but now just enough to get by.

I stopped by by chance and it's a better restaurant than Korea♡It’s much more delicious than the Korean restaurant in Waikiki!! I will go again next time! Bulgogi and bibimbap are so delicious❤️

Taste was pretty good, cooked fresh to order, good portion size of curry (it had potatoes in it so yay). Mandoo was nice and crispy. Mac salad was decent, shoyu potato was good. Price is quite high for what it is. One plate for $17...not too bad but not cheap. It's in the food court by Target. Next time I would like to ask what's in the vegetable curry since the mandoo were good but nothing special. Curry sauce was a bit spicy so I liked it but probably too spicy for kids (or my mom).

Kiddo ordered Tofu soup - comes with 2 sides and rice. I ordered Bibimbap. Orders are made to order, so it took about 15 minutes for our food to be ready. Quite decent portions for the price. Containers full of rice and generous scoops of sides. Everything was flavorful and we were definitely full.

Takeout Korean in the food court of Windward mall. The prices just rose because they used to have a plate for less than $8 now it's $9.55. It's still a decent deal because with tax the $9.55 plate turns into $10 even. I ordered the meat jun and you can choose 2 choices. I opted for no rice so I could pick a third choice for sides. They have a variety of bachan dishes: broccoli, kimchi, cucumber kimchi, potato, sweet corn, seaweed, long rice, tofu, cabbage, bean sprouts.

Taste: 5/5 star flavor for Spicy pork. The pork is savory and packs a lot of heat with jalapeños and onions included. The white rice is cooked right. Not soggy. Not dry. Just right. 5/5 stars. The Choi sum is chewy delicious and not salty. 5/5 stars. The jap chae could use a few vegetables and meat, but still yummy. 3/5 stars. Service: 2/5 stars. I would have rated 5/5 until I observed the cashier drop a pen into the cucumber kim chee and she picked it out and did not remove the pan of cucumber kim chee. She also used her ungloved hand. Eew. Sodas are refillable at $1.00 additional cost.

Ambiance is not on the menu, it's a mall food court, service was great from friendly staff, but the food-not so much. No flavor. Bulgogi was mostly fat and gristle. Dry. Boring. For the price we could have gone somewhere better than a food court in a mall. Sorry if I seem crude, but I stayed in Korea for a while years ago and once you eat authentic Korean food it seems like most of these mainland restaurants are a joke. The key to a good bulgogi is in the marinade. You also want tender pieces of meat. Doesn't need to be beef (iykyk), just needs to be tender! Sad to say I won't go back because if you can't sell me on that one dish I don't see the point in trying anything else. That's my personal rating scale.

Ordered a vegetable plate with no rice and the portions were ridiculous. The lady actually counted 3 broccoli's and the rest of the vegetables were sooooo little. Definitely not worth the $12 for vegetables.

Amazing food! Such kind and hard working staff. I ordered the Katsu Curry and they gave a lot of curry! Amazing sides.
