I always order their Impossible Whopper, sometimes with a side like french fries or onion rings. Today I ordered their onion rings. While plentiful for a medium-sized order, they lacked a certain sweetness to them. They were okay but bland.

Breakfast croissant sandwiches were not fresh. Also, the drink buffet was still closed, and they would not refill our soda but were willing to give us a new one if we bought it a second time. The place was clean, however. We will not return.

Burger is good. The whopper has been upgraded to teriyaki. But the biggest drawback is that the drink machine has been stopped and they don't even give you refills when you dine in. what a bad way to cut back.

Came to yelp this location because of the customer service. Just went through the drive through and the guy at the window, Ezekiel, was such a pleasant dude. He was very nice and helpful.

After being told that they had a vegan patty now I went on my first burger king outing to go to the drive-thru to order it. I ask for the impossible vegan burger. on a bun with onions but no cheese.They told me about an impossible Whopper I could order but I do not want the other items that are on it so I just ask for the impossible cheeseburger but no cheese. Or impossible burger. (Not sure what to call it since it was my first trip here but I thought I was being very descriptive and was okay without the onion or anything if that's how I had to order it.They told me that that is something I could not order. I explained to them that I was vegan and thought they now had a vegan option.The started again to tell me about an impossible whopper which is again not what I wanted to order as I don't want any of the stuff that's on it. Just the impossible cheese burger with no cheese. Or impossible burger.Who ever I was Coordinating with in the drive thru seems to be the issue but it was very frustrating because I was very clear on what I was ordering and they kept telling me no and wanting to sell me something I did not want.I just left without ordering food. This was my first and only experience at burger king. Not sure if I'll bother trying again.
Empty in the afternoon, about 4pm, had a coupon so when there, to try Burger King in Hawaii, & it doesn't compare to the one I frequent in Henderson, Nevada. The service is so slow for the 5 or more staff that was on duty. A delivery driver ,I over heard, complain about waiting excessively for his delivery! Can't see how they make it! Nice seating area, but way to big. Burgers were good. Fries luke warm, Diet Coke fresh, sad no refillsCoke dispenser not even operational! If was not for having the discount coupon, I wouldn't go back! To expensive for the value!

I understand that times are different now and not everyone wants to work certain places and employees are " Desperate " for workers but Wow...the front cashiers are something else. Walked in and waited literally 10 mins before I was acknowledge ( they looked at me and just kept talking stories ) then when I was trying to place my Order it's like she couldn't understand English and acted like I was wasting her time. The Manager was awesome and kind but that workers they got need to be re-evaluated because they have poor customer service skills.The entire restaurant was filled with Crowns literally on the ground and on every seat ( the kids loved that part )At the end of my order I had asked her to repeat it and she couldn't and I ended up with meals missing and had to re-order and she kept asking if that was everything. So when I got our food I slowly went through it and she asked if I wanted more if it wasn't enough and I looked at her ugly face and just said I'm making sure you gave me my food because you're rushing like you have something to do.. I don't recommend this eating in but maybe drive thru. Sucks that people like that ruin things for others. Also cheese tasted like it was going bad ( 7/24/23 ) Enjoy at you own risk

Love this Burger King. Grew up eating here since the early 90's. Holds a special place in my heart hehe my parents brought us here more than McDonalds lol. Got a job here a few years ago and since then I stop in a once or twice a month. Compared to the BK on our side in Kapolei, the quality and preparation of the food here is much better. So is the service.

I am disabled. These folks always make sure my tray gets safely to my table. Excellent service excellent store.Wheelchair accessibility: I actually use a cane but the aisles are nice and wide and there are ramps as needed. I never feel cramped.
