Sunday around 12:30pm kanehoe location.Husband wanted Acai bowl. 3 girls working didn't seemed bothered by all the folks waiting. There was ZERO sense of urgengcy. Folks were shaking their heads at how slow girls were. First time & last time at Jamba kanehoe!

Not in the habit of writing bad reviews but this one has to be shared. I often go Jamba Juice to order the go pack of 10 drinks to give to friends. Well, usually I do call or order online but after trying to call their location three times, no one answered. No message capability at all. That should have been the first indication no one wants to do their job here. In any case, I show up and ask to have the 10 pack order. The girl was so adamant that the order has to be made 2 hours in advance that she refused to sell me it. So, I suggested I buy 10 drinks instead, she again, said no. Refusing me service. No one else was in the shop, so naturally I was thrown off. I'd maybe understand if they were busy, but still... I've walked into many other locations to order the 10 pack and no one ever really cares. So I said, are you refusing me service because of the policy or something else? She only said she worked there for 3 years and it's policy to only give the juice boxes out with a minimum two hour notice. She went in the back and talked to the manager, they approved it, but when she went to charge me it was $90. Not cool. That's when I had enough. refusing to do your job, charging customers wrong, telling me to file a complaint, so, I did. I wanted nothing more than to just order, pay for the juice and be on my way. But the employee wanted to pick a fight instead. If you happen to come across a Desyre there, don't expect good service, if you get any service at all. Following corporate policy is one thing, I get it. But up charging someone double because they ordered more than one drink? Making you actually work. Not ok at all.

Went to the jamba juice in Aiea and it was delicious, lots of flavor. Went to this one got two different smoothies within the same week and both tasted really watered down. Honestly tasted like an ice smoothie. Wont be going to this location again.

The worst açaí bowl on the island. Never again soggy strawberries (had 2) 6 blueberries and a sorry piece of banana (4slices with a stem sticking out) I was about to dial 911 but someone came to the rescue when I returned it

Super slow at the counter. They male worker at the counter did not smile at all, no acknowledgment to customers. I ordered at 10:29 there were few customers , it is 10:59 and i haven't received my order. When the smoothies finally came they tasted a little funky. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I like the people that work there most days, but tonight (I assume the manager) and one of her coworkers knew I was picking up an order, but were very involved with a conversation with their personal lives. They were more involved with their personal dating lives (or lack there of) than their jobs.If I was their manager, I would have fired them both on the spot. I have encountered so many people there that cared, those 2 are bringing that location down. Had I known they were working, I would have not ordered from them, just because of their narcissism.

The online ordering app had a 20% discount. Went to place the order online with discount visible. When paying the $8 discount was NOT applied. The staff were clueless on what to do in the situation.

I would give less than one star if I could. The opening crew had the absolute worst customer service and attitude ever. Coming here ruin my whole morning. Never again!

Selection is as expected and they are fast enough. Could be cleaner. Notice a full trash next to what is an empty food display. store looked shabby and in need of a good wipe down. You can see a dirty spoon on the ground. floor was dirty throughout

Service seemed a little bit slow. There were 3 people working and 3 customers and there was still a wait. Somehow the cashier felt that she had to make the orange juice and the other two were making açaí bowl and smoothie. It could be a division in responsibilities I don't know. The store front is clean. When we finished the smoothie, there was large chunk of fruit on the bottom. Never experienced this at Jamba.

First time visiting this location, as we were in the area. BRUH-- I haven't experienced customer service this BAD. Walked in, wasn't greeted by any of the workers, but they'd stare. Stood in line for a few minutes, until finally someone came and took orders. I get that it's a bit busy, short staffed or whatever, but at least acknowledge your customers and say, "We'll be right with you." Female with red hair who took my order, made an unnecessary comment after I asked for extra ice as I'm someone who doesn't like their drinks too sweet, "Do you want extra ice so you can have it in a large cup?" The SAME female who took my order, in the middle of making an order, made a phone call and was blabbering, MEANWHILE making an order, then walked away!! If you don't like your job, get another!

Ok so I thought the girl who was working at the register was maybe having an off day so I gave her a pass but the second or third time I realized she's just miserable. If you get the tall curly hair girl that won't even smile or say one word to you you're not alone. I actually was a manager at Jamba back in the day and this definitely wouldn't fly. If you hate customer service jobs try taking a warehouse position or something cause I'm really not digging going in with my kids and being disrespected every time I'm just trying to get a smoothie. Pls have a serious talk with this person she really needs an attitude adjustment.

One of the worst atmospheres I've been to for Jamba Juice. They are very quick making the orders... none of the workers were upbeat or smiling; seemed like she didn't want to be there. We ordered 3 items and she didn't repeat the order back to us like every other jamba I've been to, we only got 2 items. Had to stand back in the line to order the item again. She said sorry but didn't seem real or like she meant it. won't be going back to this location

Went after Black Friday with mom since she loves the Mega Mango! Had a BOGO 50% off and ordered online. The employee was very quick and made the smoothies right away. Thankfully it was not busy since she looked like she was all by herself.

I generally do like Jambas, but I was definitely disappointed after tasting my order. Here we go, story time folks. Today, I ordered an Apple green smoothie with 2 other drinks on the online app. When I got the confirmation saying it was supposed to be done. Went in and the drinks were not even made. I asked for my order and was told they didn't know about the order online. There was only one guy working the register and blending drinks. The other 2 workers were playing around talking story in the back. On break? who knows...While there was a long line for mobile app orders that they claimed they didn't know about. Took an extra 15 minutes on top of the 20 minutes after making the order through the app. Altogether 35 minutes to get my order. Results? 2 of them were watery and my Apple green smoothie had ginger put in there. When there is not supposed to have any ginger in it in the first place. What if I had an allergy? Not sure if they got it mixed up with a different order. But I sure didn't ask for ginger. Felt bad for the guy having to work with such lazy okole people who can't get it together and do their part and help without being asked. Despite any grudges they may or may not carry. Talk about no class and a low standard of work ethics.
