Has nothing to do with the employees. The lady working the window was very nice and clearly overwhelmed. Not enough employees working here to provide adequate service. Food suffers as well as its not cooked as good as it could be. Its a shame so many homeless people are walking around who are capable of work, but would rather remain homeless then working at a fast food place.

With how slow it was, customer service was okay. But the restaurant is practically empty and not that many employees.I still enjoy a good KFC. So. If you not in a rush and have down time this is a good place to just take your time and have something to eat.

We were in the mood for fried chicken and what better place than KFC. What a disappointment. We had no idea the prices have increased so much. We ended up ordering chicken nuggets which were mediocre. This place needs more help. Only 1-2 people are there all day. We will not be back.

We ordered online/ pickup, 8 pc fillup, and 2 orders of hot wings. The biscuits were not quite baked through, still a little doughy. The picture is mashed potatoes without the gravy. No gravy in a separate bowl, no gravy packed with the meal. The order was supposed to include mashed potatoes and gravy. The cole slaw is very watery. The honey "sauce" is sugar water, disgusting . Very disappointed in the service. I tried calling the restaurant, busy signal for 3 blips then a hangup. I called repeatedly for 20 minutes to report the mistakes. Could not get through, so I posted on Yelp. The hot wings with the KFC sauce is one of my favorites, still is.

There are no KFC's left near where I lived so I stopped in. The woman who helped me, Eva, was very kind and professional. Although I enjoyed getting to have my favorite fried chicken again, Auntie Eva made my visit even better.Parking: There are probably about 100 stalls available in the surrounding lots. Many shaded options as well.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair stalls, and ramps available.

Haven't gone there in a while and decided to pick up dinner. There was a sign there saying that they were short handed and the order may take a little longer. (drive thru) I order a 8 piece chicken only original with a large Cole slaw. When we got home and had dinner the Cole slaw was good , but the chicken wasn't. It was dry and seemed overcooked and the outer coating didn't taste like the original recipe. So much for KFC in Kaneohe.

We had the pot pie which was delicious, and crust was crispy n buttery! We dined in, but it took quite awhile to get someone to take our order!! Seems they were short-handed. The lady who took our order was sooo sweet though. The AC was broken too. If u want anything, the drive through seemed to be faster
