PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!My boyfriend and I originally wanted to eat at Genki Sushi located next door but they had a huge crowd of people waiting to be seated. So we thought lets try this Vietnamese place. We walked in and found it odd that the place was empty on a Sunday afternoon. Before being seated we asked the uncle working if they served alcohol or were BYOB, which he angrily answered "no, go next door if you want." So we left to have a beer and came back.We sat down at a table, the uncle came out and had a very bad attitude. He never gave us a menu, but asked "What you want?" We ordered vegetarian pho and vegetarian egg rolls. He replies "we don't have vegetarian we only have beef broth." We said whatever that's fine. When the soup came out IT WAS VEGETARIAN BROTH! I am half Vietnamese, I can speak the language and am very familiar with the food. The whole time my boyfriend wanted to walk out, but I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt, like maybe he was just a grumpy old man. We ate the food, it was ok. Every time the uncle came to our table it seemed like he was irritated we were there. My boyfriend walked out because he was over it. I went to the counter to pay, I still included a tip. The uncle never said thank you and still seemed angry. So I asked him "Uncle, did you not want us here?" and he replied, "No! I never wanted you in here." I was shocked. I went to my car to tell my boyfriend what happened, and it made him upset. We thought he was discriminating us because we are gay and my boyfriend had a rainbow colored mask. I felt bad because I wanted to stay when he wanted to walk out. So I marched back into the restaurant and yelled at the uncle in Vietnamese to let him know it was not ok how he treated us. The uncle was visibly surprised.I called my mom to tell her what happened. Come to find out she went to the restaurant and had a similar situation. She asked (in Vietnamese) if they were BYOB and the owner told her no and she should leave. She scolded him for being so rude and left. Apparently he does not like people who ask about alcohol.By far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I am especially disappointed as a Vietnamese person that I had this awful of a time in a Vietnamese establishment. I am surprised this place is open. Please do not support this awful place.

Michelle R and myself came here after our massages at Massage Envy. I came hungry and we decided to check it out since it wasn't super crowded. We got seated immediately as we walked in. The nice guy took our orders. He gave us iced waters. I wanted to try the Thai tea here. This drink was sweet and delicious. Served with a paper straw. For my entree, I got the sliced pork pieces with rice. The pork pieces were cooked perfectly and you can tell it was cooked fresh and not microwaved. The meat was tasty and served on a bed of rice. It was filling for me. Service was excellent. My friend got her water cup refilled as mine was still full. My friend also shared her spring rolls with me. Picture not shown but it was delicious with the sauce it came with. So good. I love how the restaurant was pretty roomy and huge unlike the other restaurants which were fairly small. I would come back to try other items on their menu. Prices were reasonable too.

Picked up my takeout order: #26 rice noodles w/ bbq chicken and egg roll. The food was okay, but I have had better, fresher bún. Maybe the plate I ate can be rated like 3/5. This review will mostly regard the service -- all three minutes of it. I walked in to order my food and the server/cashier/possibly owner did not greet me. I'm okay with that bc I don't need the small talk either. I placed my order and he said in response "you need to wait 15 to 20 minutes." I didn't hear correctly so I was shocked bc I thought he said 30 minutes. He clarified and was like, "so you want to wait?" I said, yes, waited patiently. I'm baffled bc I'm so annoyed over something of almost no significance. Upon retrieval, I requested some hot sauce, more specifically the chili garlic sauce, the one with the seeds. He brashly said, "you don't need that, the sauce is inside." I checked my order and asked him again, "can I have a container for hot sauce?" He interrupted me as I was saying "I like it spicy." I had to ask multiple times for hot sauce.... We went back and forth about it. Ultimately I settled for maybe ~10 cents worth of Sriracha. Which is not even the sauce I wanted. But forrreal?!!!!! This dude gave me a hard time over 10 cents of sauce. Maybe he was having a bad day? I doubt it, though, bc the guy was just effing rude. Idf get it -- older males and their egos. TRY LISTEN!? Yes, this review is about condiments. ‍ And no, I will not be returning to this establishment. Just being honest. The interaction was super off-putting. Best of luck to them.

We went in for pho--it was pretty good portion and nice helping of mung beans and basil. I thought the broth was a bit thin but the taste was good. Only 1 guy-owner running the front so it could take a while to get his attention. Lots of takeout orders the whole time we sat there so people must like it. I'll try another dish next time and if very good I may change my rating. I judge Vietnamese places on their pho--first to decide if I'd come back and then if they fail that too-I don't usually go back.

During these hard times we try our best to support local, but then you come to a restaurant like this and you try really hard to be hopeful but then it doesn't go so well. It was completely empty and we hadn't been acknowledged, I had to get what I'm assuming the owners attention. We sat ourselves and he came over, maybe it's time for retirement, or maybe he's stressed and having a bad? Who knows but it gave a funk vibe. Ordered our food, which was alright. Not the best in town as its sign advertised. No refills on the water or even came to check on us after serving. Paid the bill and bounced. So much potential for this place and it's just not delivering.

Great place for delicious pho at a reasonable price got this rare beef pho was just under 11 (pre tax) very tasty soup that they cook overnight. Not only is it tasty, the owner was super friendly and kind. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for some delicious food.

My family and I have been patrons of this restaurant for years. Best Pho I've ever had. First place I plan on eating at when I return home to Hawaii.

This has been my go to spot for pho the past several years. It's a mom and pop shop, no frills kind of place. The food is authentic and delicious. The pho broth always hits the spot on a rainy windward day.

Worse experience I've ever had. The owner was so disrespectful and point blank racist. Let me remind you it was our first time there...not knowing what to get...When we was ordering trying to get the right size pho bowl in our mid ordering, he walked away from us then say "let me know when you make your decision" and helped another Customer. When he came back he was so rude there was 4 of us and he only gave us three waters and not for the fourth person. When we confronted him he gave me a smart remark and said that he didn't have to since one of us didn't order. No matter what it's just common courtesy to give everyone water no matter what. It was just an horrible experience I will never walk in that place ever again and I see why they barely have any customers!

They were so friendly. They were about to close the kitchen but allowed us to sit and dine in last minute. Food was DELICIOUS! My children (14, 12, 11, 6, 5 year olds) enjoyed their food (bbq chicken, bbq pork, curry) and ate every last bite!! I had the vegetarian vermicelli tofu and it was so tasty! Our family will be back for more of their great food and awesome service!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXTREMELY UNSANITARY!!! The guy who works there (I'm assuming he's the owner) is very rude and slow. He also touched the food with his bare hands, then went to mop the floor, then went back to the food....DISGUSTING!!! Stay away from here if you care about your health and safety. Go to Bun-Mi or Pho My Vi. Or anywhere else really. Don't spend your hard earned money at an unsanitary restaurant who doesn't respect their customers.

This place is a rip off. Maybe COVID got them on hard times, but serious? I couldnt even feed my cat with the portion of meat they give in the shredded pork. Not to mention it was dry and disgusting, completely inedible in my opinion. I even asked this guy, who is probably the store owner, to pack us all the sauces since we walked in this time to ensure they were told face to face. Last experience they were told over the phone and he didnt pack it. So now we find ourselves in the same predicament for a second time, he didnt pack the damn sauces. I call them, he has tons of lame excuses and apparently now that were on the phone with him, they dont have those sauces. Seriously bro? Theyre in bottles all over your tables. Give your money to another establishment. Im calling my bank in the morning and disputing the charge.

Humble mom and pop shop with solid pho. Consistent broth flavor, fresh rare beef, abundant bean sprouts and basil to add to. Always fresh make the summer rolls with lots of shrimp. Never take too long to make and order and the gentleman is always kind to my rowdy little kids and I while we wait for our order. I love this pho for a hangover and how close it is to our house.

Chicken Sour Soup was a new experience. Very fresh and appetizing. Another option from their excellent pho.

THE WORST SERVICE WE'VE RECEIVED IN A VERY LONG TIME. As you can see from my profile, I don't Yelp often, but I do if someone or some business really warrants it, both good and bad. Stopped in for lunch, only one other table occupied. Three of us were seated right away and order taken. Took a bit long for one order each of pho, spring rolls and salad, but that wasn't the problem. When the food arrived we asked for 3 small plates so that we could share. He didn't say anything but returned with plates when we realized there were no forks on the table. (Our 1 visiting guest is not comfortable with chopsticks). We could all tell he was taken aback at the request for a fork as he stood there and paused and then said, "so how many forks do you want?" in an unfriendly tone. He returned with a fork and NEVER returned to check on us, refill water or even drop off the check. We all felt the same vibe so we didn't dare ask for two bowls to share the pho! NEVER AGAIN. We were embarrassed to have taken a guest there. SHAME ON LITTLE SAIGON for making us feel like our business was such an inconvenience.
