Definitely the worst McDonald's I've been to on the island, quite possibly worldwide. When going through the drive through, they will send you away from the window to a parking spot. This will fool the corporate sensors that track the time of each order into thinking this is a well operating location when in fact it is not. You will regularly wait in excess of 5 minutes after pulling away from the window to get your food sometimes up to 15

Terribly slow and unappologetic service. 3/4 of the time, they always ask you to pull over in the parking lot and wait. It is not a drive through service. If you are in a hurry, don't bother with this place!

Went here one night, I guess after a high school football game so it was really busy, we waited AN HOUR for our food which I'm guessing someone else took from the window. Every time we tried to ask for help it was like we were being ignored, at one point there was literally nobody at the cash register. Ended up just getting a refund and going home empty handed. I haven't been here since. Don't bother going inside for service here. Really disappointed, we used to come here a lot.I will say I did eventually come back, for DRIVE THRU SERVICE. Which has been pretty much standard, they can get pretty busy considering this is the only 24/7 McDonalds on Windward side of Oahu. Just don't bother going inside,I can't recommend that.

Two bad experiences at this location. I came for breakfast and ordered a #3 at 4am before work. The man at the register had a strong accent and charged me for a dinner #3 and the manager had to fix it- he didn't apologize or acknowledge his mistake- he seemed more upset that I corrected his error.I came back today around 8am and ordered another #3 and he came out and saw that it was me. Strangely l, I got a 'sprunch' instead of the drink I ordered. He talked to the other cashier and openly laughed and looked me in the eye smirking... Not sure what he did to that drink but I wasn't drinking it. Called the manager and told her.This location normally isn't unprofessional but I can definitely see a change happening. While I prefer McDonalds, Jack in the Box and Burger King are are decent alternatives. Really disappointed.
