I have been coming here for years and have had great experiences. But this time was not so well . Dry chicken and I mean dry not even edible plus didn’t have Mac salad at 1:30 . So disappointing this was one of my favorite places to visit I’ll have to find another place.

Just to be clear, the atmosphere is only because of the flies that don't really bother just like to hang around.However, the food is like nothing you will experience in Oahu. It's been a must stop for my wife for over 25 years. The pork and garlic shrimp smelled great just can't get past the huli huli chicken. My wife and I split a plate and it was more than enough.
Definitely worth the visit when on the North Shore. Got the Huli Huli Chicken plate and it was 10/10?

Ok as a local very very disappointed so if your big on reviews this is one your gonna want to read. Food looks dry chicken tastes dry and Mac salad very disgusting. I’m a local and live in the area always here to support local but I will give my honest review. Gave it a second chance but now won’t go here ever there a place that sells similar food closer ti the high school that’s way better and it’s fresh because there actually cooking it while Mikes seems like it’s cooked earlier and just warmed up. Hope that helps don’t waste your money!

This is exactly what Kwak Tube said when he visited Earth Marble. Korean chicken is much more delicious. It's so salty that Koreans can't eat it without rice. Thanks to locals buying 10 items at a time, pickup takes time regardless of the number of people waiting. We were lucky and bought it when there weren't many people in front, but it took 30 minutes. A group suddenly gathered behind me, and the person standing at the end was...Parking: You can park at any store in Old Town on the North Shore, and the vacant lot right next to Huli Huli is quite spacious, but if you try to park close by as there is a lot of traffic, it is recommended to park in an empty space a little further away and walk.

This food truck dishes out what I consider authentic Hawaiian fare. They have Lau Lau steamed pig meat wrapped in a leaf and shredded Kālua pig meat. We ordered a spicy chicken fried rice box and a chicken and Kahula combo We couldn’t finish either one. And we’re big eaters. The Mac salad is very good also. Can’t go wrongWith this place

I came to this spot looking for a different food truck but decided to get it from here since I was hungry and in a rush. The chicken plate which came with chicken of course and rice and salad was pretty good. Lot of space to sit with shade which was welcome on a hot day. Was cool to see multiple pictures of Guy Fieri at this spot.
I live all the way in Michigan now and I STILL order my Huli Chicken Seasoning blend from MIKE! hands down best in the world! love this stuff!
