Sushi rolls were very fresh and tasty. Got a tempura & soft shelled crab rolls. Rice was still a little warm so it was extra nice. Place was clean and would eat head again, when I visit Windward side.

Stopped in for a snack while hanging out at Windward mall. Lots of space and tables. Service was very efficient and friendly. Prices are pretty reasonable. Food was delicious and that miso soup was piping hot!

My daughter has a food allergy. We didn't realize that the food we ordered her had a sauce on top that she was allergic to, since we couldn't see it in the menu photo. We had to ask to have it remade. And, unfortunately, it was right as they were preparing to close for the day. The employees very kindly remade the meal. They took her allergy very seriously. It is obvious that they used care to make the new one and did not try to reuse the food from the previous order. We are so thankful for how kindly they treated us and how quickly they remade the meal. Thank you for fantastic service and keeping my daughter safe! We will definitely be coming back.

Ninja Sushi was a surprisingly delightful sushi spot, particularly if you want fast, high quality sushi to go. I ordered the hamachi nigiri bento and it was quite good. Both the fish and the rice tasted fresh. It took only a couple minutes after ordering, so overall I was very happy.

I love Sushi !!! And we love Ninja Sushi Windward Mall !! Always FRESH!!I have been coming to this location since it opened ...more than 20+ years ago. The quality and the menu selections are excellent ...so many choices that are "0ishi" and "onolicious" desu ne like ...Garlic Hamachi nigiri (hamachi slightly seared with unagi sauce mayo & garnishes), real Crab Salad nigiri, The Superman maki with spicy ahi inside and drizzled sashimi on top with potato crunchies, Seafood Dynamite, Salmon Lovers, Ika rings, Shrimp Shumai, Tempura Udon, Ahi Poke Salad with creamy miso dressing isAnd the list goes on. For those needing a party platter, you'd be surprised to find an assortment of nigiri and maki mono combinations or be like me and create your own platter! Talk to Young. He's the owner. He makes your dine-in the experience feel fun and comfortable. He usually has a trending movie playing on the flatscreen TV (last weekend it was Minions) and you are always welcomed in with an "Irrashaimase" as is the traditional Japanese custom. Young has made many friends through the years and welcomes you in on a first-name basis...just like going to Uncle's house. There are more than the usual soft drink beverages offered. He has a selection of Melon and Mango Fizzy drinks, flavored Vitamin Water, Calpico, and hot tea. Dessert too...mochi ice cream from Bubbies. Yum :)

Best Ninja Sushi hands down. I always order a Superman & a Spicy Ahi Bowl w/ Superman toppings. It's so amazing. I eat here about once a week!

The rice was very undercooked and crunchy, the sushi from ninja sushi’s mililani is way better, I got the same thing I get from mililani and it was awful here

Update your hours on grub hub and Yelp please. This was the second time that it said open, so we ordered only for the order to not process.... AGAIN. This lead to us having to call grubhub for over an hour only to get our money back 5 business days later! Besides that mixup, food is pretty ono.

Food is great! Cashier was super helpful and patient helping us order!

Another business where you order takeout and if you pay with a card, you have to input how much tip you want to give. I don't feel it necessary to leave a tip when taking out and not being served at a table. So yes, it makes me feel u comfortable and unsafe when I mark "no tip" before my food is even made. Why would any business do this to their customers who patronize their restaurant? I do feel like some places would mess with your food if you don't leave a tip. Spit in your food or anything nasty like that! I guess I have to start carrying just cash and stop paying with my cards because of businesses like this. Ninja Sushi can learn from Japan who would not accept tips and still provides superior service and food. They cherish customers and would never make their customers uncomfortable.

This sushi was very very rice heavy. I had the crunchy roll, and the shrimp was in not tempora batter, also I had heartburn for the rest of the night.

This Ninja Sushi location in the mall is the perfect blend of quality food, good value, and solid customer service. They don't overpromise on their food times when you call in (typically overestimate the time). The owner is the most friendly man. I've been going there for years and every time he sees our "custom order," he makes it a point to say hello. His food is priced fairly compared to the other sushi locations. We aren't expecting high-end sushi rolls, but they are tasty and filling. The udon is a family favorite along with the spicy ahi bowls. But the customer service keeps us coming back.Note that not all Ninja Sushi locations are the same. They are franchised. Therefore, your experience will vary significantly depending on the location you choose. There's two locations in Kaneohe. This one I just reviewed is the one in Windward Mall.

Was walking around windward mall and we decided to get a quick lunch. I love Ninja Sushi so I am always down to eat their food. My fave is the dynamite maki and garlic ebi. I'm trying to remember if this place always had their ahi cooked for the dynamite maki. Other places just have raw ahi on top like okome in kapolei. Cooked ahi or not, both are good. I just would prefer it raw. The garlic ebi is sooo tasty, portion is quite small though, little rice and a small thinly sliced shrimp
