Pretty good food. Friendly and fast service. I was not majorly impressed with the food or flavors, but I think the presentation was nicer than the location inside the mall. The mall location served us sloppy hand rolls with ripped sushi wraps. The inside was empty, so it's nice to not be in crowds and it was tidy and the tables were clean. Knowing there are more sushi locations around this would not be my first choice.

The service wasn't good at all. I expected better for price I paid for the deluxe tray. Will not be going there again. Windward Mall is way better!

Unfortunately the place has gone downhill. It’s filthy the floor the tables. The counter where you order looks like hasn’t been dusted in a year. The soda machine is out or order. The poor plants in there are not helping the situation. We should have left when I saw the floor. I used to like going here occasionally but never again. Food was not good. Idk what happened?

We stopped here after visiting the temple. Everyone thought the food was great. I had Kimchi Udon and daughter had Tiger roll. Wife had California roll and son had a Bento box. We all had plenty to eat. A nice little find.

When we walked in the entire place was empty and smelled like paint. The floor was extremely dirty, splatter stains everywhere and just looked like dirt had been piling on their floors for a long time. It was so dirty inside that we were grossed out before we even got our food. The man at the counter was not welcoming at all and did not speak to us. First impressions mean a lot and this wasn't a good one, it made us hesitant to even taste the sushi. When we did, the sushi was actually okay.. I really hope they consider being more clean/sanitary for their customers.

We loved our meal here! I had one of their bento boxes with chicken and ahi poke, and I loved it. My husband had a roll and a bowl of delicious ramen. The young man who took our order was really helpful. He made suggestions and answered all of our questions. The portions are big, so plan to take some home. I would recommend Ninja Sushi highly!

Tempura donbori and superman are my favorite here...FYI on the weekends when you call after 7 they say there's a 40min wait...its a lie. They are never that busy and I'm guessing they only say that because they want to get out early. This is happened to me 3x. I'll order it and go up after 10 minutes and it's ready.. never a 40 minute wait

The udon noodles are good but customer service seemed for stingy. i would not recommend getting poke bowls here, they taste like something you can get from 711.

Worst spicy ahi salad ever. Probably 2 oz of ahi and it tasted rotten. Don't order from this location

Great food, it's really just a order and go place, but it has seats and tables but you can tell everyone does takeout here. I got some egg rolls and a plate of ribs and chicken with rice. For what little we paid it was well worth it. It's a great little restaurant in a country part of the island so much so you'll see chickens in this parking lot as well.
