Both myself and my child have gotten food poisoning here on two different occasions. I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt that it was a different place but today just pinpointed it for me that it was definitely this place in particular. It's a shame cause the food tastes delicious but either the people preparing the food aren't probably being sanitary or the food itself isn't properly washed... I have no idea what it is but my child and I have been so sick and will probably never eat here again. I hope it changes or they start to clean more or check expiration dates or something cause this is awful.

Moods Ramen Bar is a surprisingly affordable ramen spot. The quality of the noodles and broth are supreme and the presentation of the bowl is nice. I enjoyed that the chashu and ajitama were included and it felt like a great value. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is nice and tidy. It's located in the Pa'ina food court at Windward Mall.

Wow! Was not expecting a ramen bar at a food court in the mall, to be so good! I got the kim chee ramen with Noods home made Garlic Chili Oil + garlic chili flakes (recommended by Noods employee). The flavor combination was so on point! Very flavorful with just the right amount of spice! If you like flavor with a little bit of spice, I would highly recommend this choice!!!

I give a 5 for the ramen, 4 the gyoza due to the flavor of the gyoza sauce, and due to the location in the watery section of Windward Mall a 3. So 3.5 stars total. The Ramen was flavorful. I wish it was more Tonkatsu instead of one thin slice of pork. But this will be my go to place for emergency ramen in Kaneohe. Probably the best place for ramen on the Windward side of the island. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. Next time I visit I want more tonkatsu please.

I had the spicy Thai curry ramen and the chili oil fried garlic gyoza, and it was absolutely what my tummy needed . The creaminess of the coconut curry with the spicy was the exact flavor I was looking for. The portions are huge I had enough to put in a Togo bowl for later which I love. Service was awesome the girl that helped me was very helpful and she asked me how it was and I let her know it was exactly what I needed today . I love that this was in the mall so my family could get what they wanted and we could all still eat together. Awesome place check them out

Quick service, good broth. Kimchee ramen was great. The gyoza is what brought it from a 5 to a 4 star.

First timer here! And I'm glad I decided to try it! Located in a food court you would think it isn't as great as eating in, but think again. Best food court I've had! My go to was the udon and chicken combo at tsuyura in pearlridge until they closed. I didn't see noodle options as it seemed was just ramen, but the broth and ramen were very delicious. And service was great! Didn't wait long to be helped. Was offered/recommended to get add ons and didn't wait for my food long. As far as ambiance it was located in a food court like a walk in counter but it wasn't confusing or crowded at all. It was great service without actual service LOL definitely would come back if I'm on Thai side again and I feel for ramen. Will try something different again. I enjoyed the spicy thai curry ramen.

First time here. My coworker and I went for lunch at the height of rush hour, day before Thanksgiving. The girl at the front was excellent. She explained what the more popular dishes were and the differences between them. My coworker ordered the Spicy Thai Curry Ramen. I got a small taste and it was delicious. I ordered the Tan Tan Men, which was nothing to writehomeabout. I think Goma Tei's Tan Tan tastes better. Portion sizes were filling. I also ordered a side of Garlic Fried Rice. It was blah with a bit too much sesame oil. If I didn't try the Spicy Thai Curry Ramen, I probably wouldn't come back. But I did, it was ono and I'm gonna come back and go through the menu again. Service was great, too.

After seeing the high reviews and hearing a personal testimony from a friend, my daughter and I decided to try this place. This is a small, walk-up location in the middle of the Windward Mall food court, and there is a small, semi-enclosed seating area around it. I normally like tan tan, which they DO have, but I decided to try the vegan black garlic miso ramen on our server's recommendation (note: I am not vegan, but I love vegetables and often go light on servings of meat). I was impressed at the many vegan options. My daughter had the miso ramen, and we split an order of gyoza. Our server patiently answered questions to help us make up our mind. Food came out within maybe five minutes, giving us time to find a seat. Everything was fresh and hot. My daughter couldn't finish her ramen but said it was really tasty and even finished her egg (and she doesn't usually like eggs!). I missed the spice of my usual tan tan, but the garlic miso was savory - a nice flavor - something I'd reach for again on a cold (or rainy) day when I want to be mellow. The gyoza was delicious, and the dipping sauce served with it had a mellow after-burn. My only wish is that these guys also served udon noodles, which are my normal go-to. Also, the only beverage available for purchase is water, which doesn't bother me, but it's worth noting. Price was $34 for the items listed.

Went on the Sat, they had the Bon dance @ the Windward mall, Noods is located in the food court. This eatery is small in space, the 3 staff members working in a tight kitchen, but they get their orders out consistency & in a timely manner. The shoyu ramen that I had was delicious & hit the spot. The cashiers & server were friendly & polite & the cost of their various Ramen & extra sides are in line with other foods offer around the food court. A nice casual atmosphere, but seating can be challenging at times! Worth a visit, for good Noodles @ Noods
