Love this place but they're no longer in Windward Mall. Last visit was this past Sunday. Dropped by today for a fix and it's completely gutted. Where'd they go?

I'm giving this place a LAST 5-STAR for being so great with their quality of food. I'm going to miss this short-lived corner spot at Windward Mall's food court. YES. ITS TRUE AND ITS SAD. They're CLOSED!! :(

Filipino cuisine at Windward Mall in Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii... Because the first location of Pampanga Kitchen (at Windward City Shopping Center) is so successful, this second location of Pampanga Kitchen opened up recently at Windward Mall's Food Court. (It took the place of I Love Country Cafe.) If you park by Macy's, enter the Mall through the door next to Big City Diner. Papanga Kitchen is the first vendor on the left - right before Subway. I've been eyeing Pampanga Kitchen for a while and planned my move... The free parking at the mall is a plus - so is the pleasant environment with socially distanced tables. I wanted to eat my Lechon kawali right away-fresh - while the pork skin was still "krispy"! Finally, on an uncrowded day, I placed my order for plate #M13 because it was the most well rounded with variety... Veggies, starch, and meat! 1. The pinakbet had yummy pumpkin in it which contrasted well with the long Beans and okra. 2. I like noodles in general, so, the thin noodles of the pancit did not disappoint. 3. The Lechon kawali... Oh, wow... I hope no one I knew watched me eat because I was really enjoying the flavorful, juicy, tender meat which had crisp skin attached to it... How do they make this greatness??? Aisus!!! I need more!!! I will return for the halohalo ...and the lumpia...and the garlic shrimp...and the munggo beans... And pork shanghai...and oxtail soup... and sari-sari... And pork guisantes... And tupig!!! Mmm... Just thinking about it makes me hungry!!! I will go now!!!

Seems like they need a better front of house. They seem very disorganized for being such a slow day at the mall. There are 4 people, I'm assuming chefs, in the back running around back and forth. A single person doing the cashiering and taking orders and bagging orders. A customer has #26 and they're calling #30 and he's been waiting a good 15 minutes already. As far as food goes it's pretty good. The food is hot and tasty. Lechon Kewali was very good and well seasoned. The tomato and onion seasoning is excellent. The diniguan is also great here. They give a lot of rice so you could possibly share 1 plate with 2-3 people.

I was so excited to try this restaurant, ordered take out. So disappointed, the food didn't taste good. The meat was all fat, and it was jasmine rice. The staff was not friendly. Needless to say, I won't order again.

Glad we have another Filipino restaurant on the windward side! My wife and I constantly crave Southeast Asian food and a few of our favorite small restaurants have closed. Due to Covid and other reasons we haven't been able to travel lately but still have the bug and craving for eclectic cuisine. We have tried 3 dishes so far, pinakbet, diniguan, and sisig, and all were delicious. We like that there is a compromise between authentic and Hawaii people preferences. The tita/tiya at the counter is very friendly and let us try the different sauces to accompany our dishes. We're excited to try more of the numerous dishes on the menu and recommend the dishes we tried so far. Salamat po and we'll be seeing you again.

My boyfriend and I were excited to try this place, he loves Filipino food! I ordered the pork adobo breakfast and got my eggs over easy & they ended up coming out over hard but that didn't bother me much, everything else tasted great! The reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of the customer service!!! When we first walked up the lady working, her name tag said Ian, paid no attention to us, on her phone FaceTiming a friend I'm assuming. When we ordered she wasn't very welcoming or nice to be exact. She was rude and got annoyed we were ordering. After we got our food she left to the back for a long time. We watched an elderly woman wait in the front for 10 mins, yelling for someone to take her order, while all this is going on the line starts to get longer & the customers grow impatient and the lady still hasn't come to the front. Overall, I would go back for the food as long as she isn't working.

Pamganga is a new addition to the Windward Mall food court.. We tried the Windward City location. And enjoyed the food. their. Today we decided to try the Sari Sari. Excellent choice, full of vegetables, pork and three large prawns. Tasty piping hot broth. Stay safe and wear your mask.

We met my brother at windward mall and I told my husband lets try this location since I tried the one at windward city. Well to my surprise the dish i ordered was very good, broth was hot lots of vegetables and the pork inside the soup was tasty. I would buy other dishes the next time I'm at windward mall or the windward city location. The dish I ordered was their sari sari. It even came with rice. What a meal. Support local and be safe

The Windward side has another Filipino food location. And yes, their Windward City location is still open, this is an additional spot they have now. :) Pampanga Kitchen took the old location where I Love Country Cafe used to be in the food court of Windward Mall. It's the corner spot near the entrance next to BCD is. Great news.... they are doing a special for their first few days of being open!!! 15% off of entire purchase from Nov 10-13th! Go check them out and try some good food. They have quite an extensive amount of variety of food. From their local favorites, soups and of course the fried goodies. They also sell some specialty desserts, which are displayed on the counter where you pickup your food. Too bad there was no banana or ube lumpia when I got there otherwise I would've for sure purchased some. But check out their hot display and cold display before purchasing. Or you can always add on. I'm not too familiar with Filipino dishes... just uour "normal" adobo, lechon kawali and pork & peas. Decided to get a plate of lechon since I haven't had that in a while and you can get pancit with it! Win win!! I arrived home eager to try this salty, crunchy goodness. I liked that they keep they tomato/onion mixture separate from the pork. This helps keep the meat crunchy! Also, because they use the recycled paper plates, the sauce would just keep through. So great idea! Yup, pork was still crunchy! Hot, salty and cut in perfect bite sized pieces. Tomato mixture had a nice acidic/vinegar to it to cut the saltiness from the pork. The pancit was super flavorful. One of the better ones that I can remember eating. Will definitely be back to try some other items. Maybe I'll be adventurous and try something out of the norm. If you're ever on the Windward side, and craving some Filipino food, make sure to give this place a try! Friendly staff, tons of free parking since it's at the mall and lots of tables to eat at.
