Located by Safeway, this Panda Express has been renovated and looks clean. However, very poor service. Do not make an online order, just come in and make an order!I like Panda Express but I came in on a Thursday at 7:00pm when my order was suppose to be ready and it is not.... I've been waiting for 20 minutes and there's at least a dozen people waiting for their online order. There's only 3 people ordering in line and the whole place is packed waiting for their takeout online order. I wonder why the system is so bad... I just ordered a chili crisp shrimp bowl. The manager finally came to me 25 minutes later and asked for my order and got it right away. The crispy shrimp bowl was tasty but poor other people waiting..

I don't know what happened to this place- they used to be better than Kailua's location; food and customer service wise. Clean place still and decent food when not burnt.They had Grumpy employees & burnt food hidden under the pile of food.Also I don't understand the attitude when redeeming a coupon that the whole corporation was running for Chinese New Year. I asked nicely to redeem it while showing the coupon, but was met with girl snatching my phone and "sorry ah! Gotta look at it" and just smirks. Then they refused to let us pick a different side dish despite having purchased food and a drink. We're still customers.

Love this location purely because of the staff. All super friendly and able to handle Windward Mall's lunch crowds with ease. Food is always freshly made. Plates are full and check out is quick. Cant complain!

Usually go there for lunch but this time never going back there again... they only gave me (5) pcs of shrimp walnut and a small scoop of of chicken mushroom, when asked if that's all I'm getting the server tried to give a little more, but the mgr stepped in and says that's enough!!! Wow What a joke after paying for that amount. Telling all my friends about this incident and not to go there... lucky I can only give (1) star if there's a negative star you'd get -5 from me

Overall I think this is an okay Panda. However, their food freshness goes down significantly after 6pm, so we go check the place out and everything looks old and then go somewhere else. If you go early enough...like at lunch...it's usually okay. Hygienically, however, they have a problem. Witnessed a worker cleaning the tables. He used one cloth on several tables with no spray bottle to spray disinfectant in between. What's worse is that in the middle of this he wipes down the trash can. So, he wiped a couple of tables then wiped the trash can then wiped a few tables. And here we are with the worst COVID numbers thus far. Complained via phone but I don't think whoever was on the phone cared as I was watching the guy from second floor while I was on the phone complaining. No one went back to properly disinfect the tables.
