Online order was great, printed labels on each container is one good idea. It was buddy but good was hot and fresh. With the first time using the app to order, there was a $10 discount making our meal less than $10 per person. The staff was working hard being busy, but someone was designated to fill online order so I didn't wait long.

Manager Rong Qiong sucks at customer service and training of employees worst experience of customer service I've ever experienced. Should not be in management with customer service like this.

Put in an order and was told to wait as they had to make a portion of the food in my order. The food I was waiting on came out, but I saw them literally forget about filling the rest my order and they filled everyone else’s food with this newly made food…while my half done order sat there getting cold and stale. Then when I bring it up, Vanessa says they gave all the food up and had to make a new batch again.So I had to wait twice as long, while the rest of my food got cold.Then the manager kept fighting me on the order. Kept stating that my order was right, when I kept telling them it was wrong. Told them THREE times that it wasn’t right. I had to keep telling the MANAGER 3x to open it , and guess what…I was right. They eventually fixed the order.Tossing in some extra, messy steak bits to get all over the rest of my food is not an apology.I don’t know if it was an off night or what. Typically this place is alright, but whichever team was working tonight probably doesn’t reflect the best of this place. Decent customer service matters. DO BETTER.

It was busy when we got there but we see why, they give large portions and the food was fresh when we arrived. The wait was not long as the Panda Crew had a great system to get the customers in and out efficiently! The ambiance is always good vibes!

I went to this store about 5 minutes before closing time. They only have few items on display, they offered me to cook fresh for the dish that I wanted. Super happy about it. Went home with hot and fresh food.

Went for lunch on 17 August with my daughter. It had been years since she had Panda Express. She got fried rice and orange chicken. She gave the orange chicken 3.5 out of 5 and the fried rice 1 out of 5. Comment was it was super bland and would have benefited with some soy sauce as well as some oyster sauce. I had a plate lunch with chow main, teriyaki chicken and king pao chicken. I give the king PAO and teriyaki chicken solid 3.5 out of 5 but chow main was super bland. I added the mandarin teriyaki sauce to the noodles and then just mixed the kung pao chicken to the noodles. Portion size was ok, and service was ok.

KEA THE WORKER SUCKS! she really ripped me off on my food and i am so irritated. i've never had anyone give me such little food for a two choice plate. if she's working just walk out the door.

The TIME OF DAY to get food here is important as it SITS between meal times and gets soggy and junk. If you go during meal hours everything is fresh. Prices are inching Up so there are alternatives now as they are not as inexpensive as they used to be. I always bring it home and grate lots of fresh ginger and Hawaiian chili pepper water on it for a better taste...but if you are picky about FRESH, don't go off hours;)! but for singles who don't wanna cook a meal, there are good veggies here and they always seem to be changing the menu w/new added items--though most are an extra $1.50. Not many other places do that:)

Total mismanagement today. 45 minute wait for online order pick-up. Why? Only one employee filling takeout orders and at least 3 doing in store purchase. Online orders couldn't be filled because in store customers were served food needed in the takeout orders which then couldn't be filled. Good food though!

On 1 Feb 2022 I tried to order on the APPs since the Panda Express representative from Kaneohe Panda informed me this is the ONLY way to receive a Red envelope for the Lunar New Year. I entered the APP and tried to order a meal but each time it kept going back to restart. Did this 10 times and still nothing. This is poor service and I never got my order in.

Take out food. The food is ok. Long line. Line extended outside because of 10 guest limit in store.

I just love the mushroom chicken at Panda Express and too lazy to make it at home. The service and serving sizes has gone downhill. Ordered a kids meal and he was still hungry. The server placed one scoop of mushroom chicken, looked at it and added just ONE more piece chicken. The chow fun was about equal amount. I've gone to other locations and they can barely close the box. They were out of both iced tea's and said no more was available. I guess we won't be visiting this location anymore. This was at lunch and they weren't even that busy.

They have no idea what they are doing. I have been to many panda expresses and they do half of portions but they told me they can’t..lady at the front had no idea how to charge us. Was charging us stuff we didn’t even buy.
