As of April 25, 2022, this restaurant has been closed for the past couple months. All of the signs and counter space are still setup, but it's been dark and vacant. There has been no formal signage put up at the booth explaining what is happening at this location so far.

Authentic, Japanese ramen. Best I've had in Hawaii & as good as the best I've had anywhere. Fantastic, myriad options for a kiosk sized restaurant. Fast & delicious. Gyoza is outstanding too. This is a destination for me, not a lunchbreak.

My husband and I love this ramen place!! We always get the #7 with extra spice and it's delicious. Lately we haven't been able to eat at this place because of long wait times due to shortage of employees or they are closed early. But we hope things get better and that they don't go out of business because we really love their food!

Straight , no taste, don't waste your money at this location. Never will eat here again.

Although our memories of our last visit with the miso vegetable ramen left us coming back, knowing we would do a repeat, it turned out not being up to par. The initially the flavors were well seasoned and tasty, but sadly too well seasoned, after the 3rd bite it was just TOO salty. Last month I would have given them 5 stars, but this experience has left me with a bad taste left in my mouth. You needed lots of water to be able to eat it. Consistency is what brings people back and get what they expect, delicious food. I'm sure when we come back to this side we may give them a chance again, but we're hoping they improve and utilize their ladles and spoons to measure properly.

Been looking for a great Ramen stand on the Windward side. This place was a GREAT find! Much better than Kailua. Very different from Wagaya in Honolulu, but equally ono!

Excellent vegetarian ramen (which is very hard to find!) the broth tastes creamy and delicious. It’s not an “afterthought” like many vegetarian ramen dishes.

Surprisingly great ramen flavors from a mall kiosk equaling what you'd get in a dine-in restaurant. I definitely want to come back and try all the other flavors.

Went today for lunch on the recommendation that "This is my favorite ramen". Got an order of fried gyoza and the Manichi Special Tonkotsu Shibori ramen. The fried gyoza are billed as the #1 in Japan. Might be #1 in Japan but #15 in Oahu. Gyoza was a combination steam and pan fried and then literally smothered in chopped green onions. Texture was off due to the combination of being steamed and pan fried. Flavor of the filling was meh for sure. The ramen broth on the other hand was the star of the show. Lots of deep, velvety sesame flavor mixed with pork fat from the bountiful pork belly. I did not get a soft boiled egg with mine but instead received a hard boiled egg that looked like it had been marinated in some type of shoyu marinade. Not a speck of creamy egg yolk to be found.I asked if they could make it spicy but I think the cashier/cook didnt want to venture off of the prescribed recipe. She said they already put some chili seasoning in it. And yes, she was the only person working the cash register and preparing the food. Another employee showed up but he showed up after we received our food. This is by no means the best ramen in Oahu and certainly not the best ramen in Kaneohe. Overal, it was great for mall kiosk food as that is what this place is. It is not a sit down restaurant and does not pretend to be. However, the price did represent a sit down restaurant price.

First time here! I ordered the #1 Special and the ramen was okay!! Considering Ramen Manichi was located in the middle of the mall, the price and ramen were decent! The broth could've been more spicy and the noodles could've been softer, other than that I would definitely come back!

This ramen is pretty good! If you're craving hot noodles in a tasty broth, this place will fulfill your craving! I was impressed with the taste of my order (shoyu ramen) along with the value of the dish. I paid under $9 to get a bowl of ramen with meat and garnishes. What a good deal! And I got it in a mall! Impressive. That being said, I didn't care for the gyoza. Despite it winning awards or something according to the menu, I found it a bit deflated with the filling and the taste wasn't that great. Lastly the reason why I think it's a 3 star place is because of the service. I came two separate times and both times I was underwhelmed by their friendliness and overall professionalism. During my first visit the guy seemed a little aggressive and angry when calling out order numbers did taking people's orders. The second time I came there was a different guy but he didn't even greet the customers as they walked up to order. The only words out of his mouth was to "wait for the beep" when I tried using my charge card. Not very friendly at all. One positive note was as my order number was called the lady who served it was very pleasant and actually smiled and said "have a nice day". Too bad she wasn't the one in charge of ringing people up!

There's always ONE worker doing EVERYTHING from taking ur order, cashier, AND prepping your food. Please be patient and kind AND tip the person generously. We should be thankful for these folks who do hospitality work when everyone just wanna not do anything. Many thanks! Delish food as always.

I couldn't much tell you what I was eating, but it was one of the best meals I ever have had especially while trying something new. There was so much flavor and texture (and I'm not even a foodie like that)! I really enjoyed the dumplings. They had a nice crispy outside in some areas from being pan-fried or seared. They were cooked well and had delectable insides! ??????? They were awesomely good!I got the garlic flavored ramen, a #10 and the pork was flavored so uniquely. I enjoyed how each element of the bowl had a unique flavor and when you put them together it was just amazing. In the end, I ended up pouring the sauce from my dumplings into my ramen and that was just even MORE amazing. The summary of this all is that it was amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not a too bad of a place given its in the food court of windward mall. Overall I thought ramen and spicy gyoza was okay. It for sure has its unique taste and noodles I thought was okay as well. Flavor for both items wasn't to shabby as well, it wasn't horrible but neither was it the greatest. All in all a great place if in the mall and wanting ramen that has a fast turn around rate.

For what it is , technically a mall food court kiosk , the flavors this place creates would make a full sized restaurant proud. Really amazing.
