I call it 12 bucks not Starbucks.Good but my coffee is much better and a fraction of the price. But when in a pinch I'll spend 12 bucks to fuel ⛽ up.

Usually asking for someone’s name does t require the managers attention. Not sure why the employee thought I wanted to speak to her shift…Two times inside the same girl had same attitude. Definitely not someone I would hire for customer service. The drink the other young lady made was delicious.

Went to this location on our way to Friendship Garden. Ordered a large latte, used the bathroom and sat in their outdoor seating. Enjoyed the latte with our malasadas from Leonard’s truck across the street. The place was not busy that morning but the staff behind the counter seemed busy, probably the drive thru. Service was just okay…it lacked enthusiasm compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. Latte was very good!

Don't prompt for a tip in the drive thru and then give an attitude when you get $0. ?Parking: The way the drive thru is, if there is any line at the speaker, expect it to block other cars in from leaving their parking spot in the parking lot.

Use to go once a week. Enjoyed the crew and drinks.Last two times I've gone, the crew were very unfriendly, like they didn't want to be there, and the drinks weren't good at all. Very disappointed.Won't be going back to this starbucks again.So sad.

Gen and Avah is absolutely amazing and delivered what we asked for and more with the best customer service so friendly and just amazing beautiful baristas!!! Completely made our night because they delivered what we asked for with a smile. I highly recommend beyond 10 stars please go and see them they won't disappoint.! Kaneohe bay SB!!! I will go back just when they are working to get my coffee!!! They definitely need a raise for being them and going above and beyond! Mahalo sisters!!!

We ordered a few sandwiches and drinks and when I asked for a bag she rudely said "you need to go to the front and they'll charge you .16". I don't mind paying but the way she communicated was not very pleasant.She called one of my drinks, but it was wrong. She took it back without an apology, most places will be apologetic and she was not.I have never been to a starbucks where I encountered a very unpleasant barista. Kaitlen needs to be thought proper customer service all over again, on the other hand Avah was awesome!!
