Not all Subway locations are the same... Yesterday, I pointed out that there are three Subway restaurants in Kaneohe: Windward Mall, Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center, and this one at Windward City Shopping Center. Gosh. My experience today was totally different from yesterday when I was at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center. Today, at Windward City Shopping Center, I was greeted right away by smiling faces! I asked if they honor coupons... Yes! I looked at the new Twelve Item Menu and chose The Monster: steak, bell peppers, onions, bacon, cheese, and peppercorn ranch dressing. After my wheat bread was toasted, I was asked what kind of veggies I wanted. I thought that it came with those stated in print. The staff said that I could pick anything that I wanted - and more! Wow! Ok! When it came to the packaging, a paper bag was given with my sandwich. Haha! This is the way it should be, right? Thank you! I'll be back!

POOR POOR SERVICE!!!! 3 workers, mind you! Called in an order, took them a while to understand what I wanted. I just knew when I went to grab sandwich, something would be wrong. Walked in, TWO workers in front. Fiddling around. Customer in front of me ordered, the other one was about to scold me for standing in the Express Pickup line. When I told her I ordered 15 minutes ago and they said it would be done TEN minutes ago. The look of SHOCK!!! "OH MY GOSH! Was it the two turkeys?!" They didn't even start it! And now there's a line. Wasnt the first time service was this poor. OKAY WAIT!!!!! I wrote this while I was waiting. I get to my car and my FOOT LONG is a 6"!!!! That's why we stay in school people Unbelievable

The manger that worked on June 12, 2021 on the lunch shift has the worst customer service. We we're trying to give them business with an order for a couple hundred dollers. She was not helpful, I tried to do the order on line and was unable to pick the Kaneohe address. She said there was no way she could help me and asked me to stop calling. My sister has also had interactions with this manger who gave her attitude also. I was polite and she was rude. I asked for the owners information and she refused to provide. I hope this message reaches the owner. Your manger sucks. She is rude and does not accommodate your customers. You are losing money with her as a manger.

Ordered footlong spicy Italian, got a cold cut combo. Wouldn't care if there wasn't a price differential in the favor of their mistake. Was looking forward to some pepperoni action which is awesome instead of a glorified bologna sandwich.

Subway is a great alternative to McDonald's. Little more healthy, more tasty and just as quick. In and out in just a few minutes no issues with our sandwiches. The Chicken breast always a great and healthy choice (no mayo on 9 grain whole wheat.
Went there walked in and guy come and say they were closed. Hours on site and door says 9:00pm and time is 7:38 pm.

Ordered a foot-long tuna on wheat with everything but no onions jalapeños and pickles.. Three women working , working on my order My sandwich has only lettuce, spinach , olives . I even asked does it have tomatoes ???? One girl said YES How can this be???? Sandwiches are not cheap.. Which is fine , but I expect to get what I ordered.

subway needs to hire competent workers. girl didn't know how to make my sandwich and didn't have anyone watching her either. i asked how many cookies come surf the meal and after a long pause tells me four. after reading menu myself i saw 2 included. i checked my receipt and she charged me for the 2 extra cookies she gave me, (i recurved four total) despite saying it's included. she also proceeded to charge me for an extra drink although i only asked for one that my meal included.

Worker named Jean sassy making sandwich.. I am your repeat customer on a weekly basis and all I asked for a a little more sprinkle of cheddar cheese and Jean responded to me if I wanted extra cheese for extra charge. I told you “no†just sprinkle little more cheddar since you put so little. This is the only Subway restaurant I have trouble with. All the rest I do t even have to ask for and they're nicer people. You refusing to sprinkle little more cheddar cheese and giving me attitude just made you lose a customer for good.
