WORST experience ever! I never leave google reviews but this one needs to be said. As soon as I walked in, I got eyed out by the kid that works there. He IMMEDIATELY asked me what I’m looking at? I’m looking at YOU, I’m the customer waiting for my order to be taken! The audacity that kid has is INSANE. He needs to wise up and fix his eye problem. He should also be fired!However, the manager was amazing and apologized for his behavior. I gave her a tip for how amazing she was.

Got a to go sandwich thst my sister got for me. Hardly any meat. Tasted Ike bread and lettuce. Only had like 2 slices of turkey and cost like $14.00 with tax. Food in HI everything is skimpy and not up to quality control like they are doing things on the mainland.

Food at this location is subpar from what one would expect at Subway.Management / staff is much worse - bought a sub through the app (chose this store location specifically as this was the only one nearby that honored the app coupon), arrived in store to pickup, only to find out the store "does not accept coupons." Store openly admitted it was their responsibility (and fault) for not setting up the technical details w/app properly, yet didn't do anything to remedy. Will not be returning to this location. Preferred choice is the windward mall location - across the street from this one w/ample parking and staff is much more responsible and friendly. Food quality is better as well in all aspects (from bread freshness, to veggie and meat quality).

The food is great. The staff is great. There is a lot of parking. I really like the way the potato chips are set up. It's quite inviting. My only beef is when the lady working put salt and pepper on my sammich. She put sooooo much pepper. It's quite intense to eat my sandwich now. I don't know how much longer I can keep this up but damnnnnnnn so tasty.

They have a sign that says change any 6” to a salad with a dollar sign and no price. So I ordered a salad and got charged $17. Keep in mind they don’t put anything extra inside. You pay $8 extra for no bread and for them to put the 6” ingredients in a bowl. This is ridiculous. Ruby Tuesdays all you can eat salad bar is cheaper. Also windward mall subway don’t charge extra just temple valley and kbay shopping center. Same owners I thinkDietary restrictions: Salad

Horrible Owner. Treats workers terribly. Gives little bits of sandwich choices. Does not accept coupons. Acts like she does not understand app. for points. Go up the street to the mall or up the road to Koolau Subway for good service and correct amounts of veggies. I would even drive to Windward City Shopping Center to pick up a sandwich to avoid this tight owner who is rude to everyone. I am so sorry for whatever hardships she has experienced, but not okay to pass it on to everyone who walks in the door. Not even zero stars. -10. Negative

Went to Windward mall and decided to get a subway sandwich for lunch they are located in the food court area.It was very crowded and very few tables.I enjoyed my pastrami sandwiches it was fresh and flavorful and lots of fresh vegetables.I'm not one to drinks soda, so now if you want a cup of water you need to purchase a drink cup for .50 cents.
Just ate a pastrami sandwich , almost chocked on the stringy stuffs . I was thinking it was old meat. I never had this happen to me before eating pastrami's. Oh well now I know where not to eat pastrami sandwich again!

Ordered a #2 and told the girl not to toast it, she ends up putting it in the toaster, SMH.While waiting for my sandwich she starts cleaning out the food trap and then gets my sandwich out and asks what veggies I want, so I'm hoping she changes her gloves by this point but doesn't and proceeds to put my veggies on.With this grossness in the back of my mind I asked a friend about my situation and she also agreed that that is gross so I just ended up tossing my sub in the trash.I didn't want to make a scene their so I just took it. Tried calling 3 times but nobody like answer the phone. Lesson learn for me, I need to learn how to speak up
