On 2 separate occasions, during business hours, tried to pick up dinner for the family and they have randomly closed early. If you're going to run a franchise/business and have posted business hours then be open during business hours. This is not how you do business.

They have a sign that says change any 6” to a salad with a dollar sign and no price. So I ordered a salad and got charged $17. Keep in mind they don’t put anything extra inside. You pay $8 extra for no bread and for them to put the 6” ingredients in a bowl. This is ridiculous. Ruby Tuesdays all you can eat salad bar is cheaper. Also windward mall subway don’t charge extra just temple valley and kbay shopping center. Same owners I thinkDietary restrictions: Salad

I really want to support local businesses but I cannot go back to this Subway. When I was driving off, something didn't sit right and something told me to look at my receipt. I looked at the receipt and the young man who helped me, tacked on a 18% tip. He didn't ask if I wanted to leave a tip. The credit card machine didn't give me the option either. But sure enough, there was an extra $2.03 added to my bill (see pic)I get it, everyone needs to make money but this is not the way to do it or to retain customers. Did I drive back? For that amount, no. Not worth my time. But I hope the owner of this franchise sees this and takes the time to educate the young man on what he should or shouldn't be doing because he is gonna lose customers if this keeps up. He just lost this one

I love this Subway! The veggies are fresh Sandwiches are fully loaded and when I order off the app, it's always ready for me when I go to pick it up. This place can get really busy around lunch time so the app is crucial. You skip the line... in and out!

I've experienced nothing but GREAT customer service at this location! Always friendly, I'll order by app and its always ready for me when I arrive. They have a convenient "pick up" spot, so you don't have to wait in line as this location pumps @times. Sandwiches are always LOADED!

Not a reliable place. Closes before posted hours on a regular basis. This is the 3rd time I have gone in 2 hours before the posted closing Time and they are either already closed or I was greeted with unfortunately we are closing soon and that the customer inside are their last customer and I would not be served very poor service. Would not recommend

Lazy store. We came to get sandwiches at 630 pm and we were turned away because they were closing soon. The sign on the door said they were open until 7 pm. It was clear the employee just wanted to go home. A family in front of us was also turned away.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. We live around the corner and have had at least 10 experiences where we head to Subway to pick up dinner only to realize they closed an hour early. Their store hours mean absolutely nothing...they close at least 30-45 minutes early every single today. This evening, my wife went to pick up dinner for me and our children and they closed an hour and a half early. Subway down the street (next to Safeway) is always the backup plan and is ALWAYS open. The owner of this Hui Iwa location must hate money because he lets his employees ALWAYS close & lock their doors right before or DURING dinner hours. The other Subways in the area told us that they get a lot of new customers because the Hui Iwa location always closes early and forces customers to drive down the street to their location. If your business hours say you're open until 7:30PM, that means you serve EVERYONE who walked inside the building before 7:30PM...you don't turn off the 'Open' sign 45 minutes early so you can clean and rush out the door at 7:30PM on the dot.

The girls here are really nice. However, it is extremely frustrating that they close at all different hours other than the posted closing time. Today their closing time is 8pm. I drive past at 6:21, stopped at the grocery store before heading to get sandwiches for dinner. I arrived at 6:34pm and they had all the lights off and open sign off. Very poor business habit. I routinely have to drive to another subway to get service. Losing money my friends... the subway nearby says they hear about this a lot, that they get all the run off business from this one closing early all the time.
