I ordered 4 tacos 2 burritos and all I got was 3 mild sauces after them asking how many sauces I want!!!! If they're not gonna give enuf sauces then y ASK!!

Tonight we went to order some Taco Bell and man was it a disappointment! First off we ordered the party pack we wanted soft tacos and chicken supreme! It was crazy because it's a $1 extra for that but okay! So we waited in the long line! Got our food and then go home to realize that they were all crunchy tacos and the shells were stale!! I called and called and called and got no answer until 10 minutes before closing! I explained my disappointment and I just wanted my refund because my family and I went to get a different meal! The manager informed me that I can get my refund if I came in with the receipt! Side note person who answered the phone remembers taking my order! I informed the manager that when I was given my receipt I declined it at the window! At that time the manager states, "okay nothing we can do then!" I simply asked isn't in your system and he said, "yes but I'm closing in 5 minutes so I can't go through it!" I was upset because I spent money on our dinner and it was wrong and they didn't even have any remorse! Moral of the story always take the receipt!

Very busy but fast service. This visit the power bowl had less food than other times. I'm hope it is just a one off... The Chalupas we had were good.

Taco Bell Kaneohe never disappoints. Out of all of the fast food places in Kaneohe they hardly never mess up on my order. The line could be to Kamehameha Hwy and they're still fast.

-Great friendly staff-hooked up the free ice water with a large cup, didnt even have to ask-Cheesy bean and rice burritos came out perfect-mixed the strawberry and raspberry freezes for me and didn't just layer them but mixed them...mmmmm-Would have been five stars but when I asked for the bathroom key the dude looked at me, walked inside and kept me waiting out back, then never showed but it did give me a chance to play a song,-----when I finally did get into the bathroom someone kept knocking, complaining about how long I was in there, which only made taking care of my business take longer, even went so far as to say other customers were waiting for the bathroom yet when i came out, nobody else was even in the store(then again for all i know the person knocking and carrying on didnt even work there)
