This is an underrated little gem of a coffee shop tucked away near the Aston Islander hotel. We literally walked by it the night we checked in so decided to try it out in the morning. Loved that they were open early as none of us had adjusted to the time change. Amazing drip coffees with a rotating selection, the whole place smells like fresh roasted coffee every time I walked in. All vegan baked goods like banana bread and sugar cookies were delicious! Great place to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich and watch the sun rise.

We were really excited to discover this vegan coffee place on Happy Cow. It's all vegan, with the exception of honey. (They can substitute maple syrup as needed). The breakfast sandwich has a taro patty and it's delicious! Acai bowls and coffee are also excellent. Chocolate banana bread was exceptional. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-26
