Super unfriendly service. Our $2 bill was refused since they didn't trust it. When there was an issue with the bill, the girl didn't say anything, just up and left with the money to ask her supervisor what to do with it.When she came back I asked her "is there an issue?" And she responded saying "I'm new here and I don't know about this money." Her supervisor came and told her "no" and didn't give any reasons just gave us our bill back.Whole thing was super weird and we managed to pay with a different bill but these girls were all super unfriendly and had poor communication skills! Good parking available, and the smoothie was really tasty! Price for smoothie was average and decent and it was worth the confusing ordeal in order to get it!

You know I always recommend this place to my guest on tours. What a refreshing place to go to on a hot day with matcha ad the central theme they have an area of products from matcha smoothies, to matcha lattes, and even matcha ice cream and shakes of course ! They even have shave ice and butter mochi !! Highly recommend coming on your visiting to Kauai !! The service is also polite ! They are soo sweet so please be nice to them !! Chee so Ono less than 20$ score
Delicious smoothies and drinks ! We tried the salted caramel macchiato, sparkling strawberry lemonade refresher and mango pineapple smoothie . All were excellent. The staff was very friendly, patient and explained items without rushing. Will definitely visit more often when in the area .

unfortunately today the boba is uncooked on the inside, not just undercooked, inside is hard and starchy. Iedible. When I told the girls, they just stared at me in silence, not even offering an apology....soft serve has very fine ice inside, like blended in, not creamy at all, but I could accept if that's their style, but the matcha soft serve has no matcha taste

My first clue should have been their little countertop flavor list referring to the product as “Shaved” Ice. Tons of great looking stuff on the menu but we were taken advantage of by not being asked what size shave ice we wanted. The gal automatically charged us for the largest size they have. Aside from the fact it cost over $25 for the 3 servings we looked absolutely ridiculous all holding our own giant servings. Well over half of what we unwilling paid for ended up in the trash. Very disappointed. Skip this one & go to Wailua Shave Ice next to Safeway.

BEST SHAVE ICE ON THE ISLAND!I've been here a few times. Tried many different things. The matcha soft serve is good but the shave ice is the star. I bet a lot of people don't associate this place with shave ice, but trust me, IT'S GOOD! Soft, fresh fruit, creamy! (Yes, creamy!)
