A la carte Chili Releno was just enough for lunch, under $10.

Best Mexican Food on the island!! Great service, kind waitresses, the enchiladas were out of this world. Also will lay out my credentials, I'm from Texas so I know good Mexican food & man this was just as good if not better than anything I've had in Houston/San Antonio areas! 2nd time eating here during my week visit!

Food was terrible and the alcoholic beverages were nasty prepared by our waitress . The only good thing were the shrimp tacos and chipotle salsa. Super overpriced for bland food.

I'm not an expert on this cuisine but Pacos Tacos is top 5 in Mexican food in my book, and that's after living in and experiencing some of the best restaurants in San Diego for 10 years. Tried this spot in Oahu and now Kauai and it hasn't dissappointed.

The food was pretty good. The jalapeno margherita was very tasty. The waitress was awesome. But the best part was the salsa and chips. The salsa was really fresh and tasted so good.

Service was friendly at first but when it got busy they couldn't handle the stress. The pony tailed male waiter was rude to the female staff. Way overpriced. 25 dollars for Chile relleno( canned chiles) beans and rice made with too much tomato powder? No meat for twenty five dollars? Food was edible but definitely from frozen and can, not fresh. At best it was just meh and way way waaaay overpriced . And chips and salsa were not free after the first basket? Ambiance was clean but shabby. Not at all what I expected. Maybe I'm used to better food, I don't understand all the 4+ ratings.I left feeling ripped off like a dumb tourist.

I am from Arizona so I am a bit of a Mexican food connoisseur. The service was excellent, the food was mediocre at best. The beans had zero flavor. One in our party was a salsa hog so I asked for another bowl (small) and was told it would be an additional $3.00! I had the Carne asada tacos which were uncooked corn tortillas and meat. No cheese, no lettuce etc. I would not eat here again.
