Restaurant had lots of trash around and floor was dirty. It took 3 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me when I was the only one in line. Walked away in the middle of my order to talk to coworker. Then took another 15 min to get my food. I ordered 1 sandwich.Not really sure if it was an off day or if these employees just don't pay attention. Based on other reviews, they're inattentive.

I went here to support local owned businesses. I am sad to say the manager on duty today, November 29th, did not seem to value customers and was not professional at all! I got the steak sandwich, and one whole half of the sandwich was full of fatty meat. I took the other half back to the register and let the workers know. They wanted to just make me a new sandwich, but after chewing the meat like bubblegum, I just wanted my money back. He was upset I complained, and said, "Since you are half of the sandwich, I'll refund half." I requested a full refund and told him to look at the meat himself. He never apologized for anything and regretfully after going back and forth and finally agreed to give me my money back. I'll never return. I'm so disappointed!!

I have been here a lot and from time to time there is a mix up not a problem, but today order a tutu chicken salad . I was sitting in loft waiting they had it sitting on counter didn’t call my name and if they didn’t I didn’t hear it because their loft has music a little louder. When I open it it was messy and loose falling apart I ask for it to be redone young lady obviously had a problem. I watched as she redid it, smashing the lettuce, robbing the condiments as if she was irritated and when she wrapped it, she just dropped it on the counter. I stood there waiting for them to give me yet they did not so yet again I had to ask can I get my wrap. The young ladies turn brown and gave me a glance sad customer service if you’re too young to redo food because you were rushing or did it poorly then maybe you need to retake a customer service course or find work you don’t have to deal with people.

Service was so slow and I was watching them prep the order all items was ready to be bagged and she only put the salad in the bag and walked away then another worker started to tie up the bag and all the other items was still sitting on the table next to the bag then another worker had to tell the one that tied the bag to put the other items in? when I got there I told them I had 2 orders after 5-7 minutes they only gave me the 1 order and then took their time to get my 2nd order. When she hands me the 2nd order she tells my sorry for the wait?

Food is great, but price is high. They used to be reasonably priced and offered combos. Everything is Ala carte now, so the value for the amount you get is not competitive- especially since there is a subway next door. For just 2 of us, we spent $50 for a sandwich, soup and drink. Only will be back if I'm craving.

I wish we’d found this place earlier on in our vacation and I wish I’d taken some photos of the amazing food to share with readers — what a fabulous find! Super lovely staff and an extensive menu with so many wonderful offerings — it was hard to choose what to get! That being said, I was most grateful for the nutritional information of each menu item that could be found on a piece of paper on the side of the drinks fridge, which helped in making a choice of what to order. In the end, my husband and I each ordered a salad and a wrap — our order took quite awhile to make, despite four people prepping the food behind the counter. The line to order was long (but we were at the front) — lots of people clearly ordered ahead and grabbed takeout, which seems to be the smart thing to do! Oh, and the food itself, once we finally received it? SUPER fresh and SUPER yum!!!!
The salads here are so yummy and healthy. Everything is fresh, and balanced perfectly. Used to love this place a couple of years ago, then they raised prices and cut portions in half. The last two times I've ordered online, they have gotten it wrong and I ended up paying extra for items I never received. If you're actually hungry, order a double portion I guess, because they skimp on ingredients even if you pay extra for meat or other things. Check for each and every item carefully too. Last time, they missed a soup we paid extra for. This time, I paid for extra dressing (so it should have been two) and had literally zero dressing for my salad. I was already home before I discovered it, so wasn't willing to drive back. But it's still only a few bites before it's gone. Not worth the money anymore, and even after missing something in the last order, we tried again. But it's just not worth the money anymore for the portions or missed items. Bummer, because I usually love supporting local businesses. Won't be back.

I’ve had a terrible experience every time I’ve gone to this location. The service is almost always terrible and the food quality isn’t great either. I ordered a grilled cheese today and it was so soggy that I actually thought they gave me the wrong thing because it was rolled. When I asked the girl, she said “yeah, that’s the grilled cheese” and then rolled her eyes. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a different location.

My husband got the seared ahi salad. He loved it. I got the southwestern bowl and added chicken for an extra $4.99. The veggies were fresh, but the rice was undercooked and hard. It was very difficult to enjoy my bowl. I let the staff know so they could make sure the rice was cooked before serving another customer. I don't plan to visit again anytime soon.
They have the best tomato bisque. Their salads are all really good. The staff are friendly and the wait is never very long.
